We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Lead to join our Stakeway team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnerships, and addressing unique challenges to drive growth in the blockchain and staking ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and engage with institutional clients to expand Stakeway’s reach.
    • Develop and execute strategies for partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
    • Represent Stakeway at industry events and conferences to foster new relationships.
  • Client Management:
    • Act as the single point of contact (PoC) for clients, ensuring their technical and operational needs are met.
    • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the tech team, facilitating effective solutions.
    • Provide clients with insights and updates on staking and blockchain developments.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Research and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in the blockchain staking ecosystem.
    • Monitor competitor activities and benchmark best practices.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the tech team to align product offerings with client demands.
    • Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and materials.

Requirements and Needed Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, staking mechanisms, and the institutional staking ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and business domains.
  • Self-starter with a track record of driving initiatives in a lean, fast-paced team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a validator or staking services company.
  • Familiarity with Ethereum infrastructure and related tools (e.g., client ersity, zkEVM, optimistic rollups).
  • Technical acumen to understand validator operations and infrastructure.
  • Connections with institutional investors or players in the blockchain space.
