Our solution takes an evidence-based approach to weight loss that is medically supervised and combines:

* Personalized behavior change program administered via software. Our proprietary platform provides users with healthy recipes, customizable meal plans, educational courses, weekly goals and a number of tracking tools.

* 1:1 and group coaching sessions by Registered Dietitians.
* FDA-approved medication administered by licensed physicians via telehealth.
* We're well funded and backed by Y Combinator and several other top-tier investors. We've got plenty of runway and are laser focused on building the absolute best product to help people effectively lose weight and keep it off.

This is a flexible, part-time contract (1099) role. We pay between $11.50-15.00 per hour depending on experience. We have a target of 16 hours per week spread across 2-4 days. We provide service 7 days per week from 9am-9pm EST, so there is plenty of flexibility with scheduling. 

About the Role:

Measured is seeking experienced Patient Navigators to guide our patients through the onboarding process, support them in achieving their health goals, and ensure they have an exceptional experience with our program. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver with a strong background in remote work environments, and a passion for helping others succeed on their health journeys.

What You'll Do:

* Respond to patient emails and chats, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented.

* Establish and maintain a feedback loop between customers, the medical team, health coaches, and the care team to enhance the overall patient experience.
* Identify customer concerns and resolve them promptly, collaborating with the appropriate teams as needed to ensure a quick resolution.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend updates to product offerings, FAQs, services, and other resources.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure that all inquiries and escalations are fully addressed within set timeframes.
* Act as an advocate for our members, translating feedback and emerging trends into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Proactively identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and boost member satisfaction.
* Consistently meet established SLAs and performance targets.
* Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

About You:

* Located in Alabama, Florida or Georgia

* You bring several years of experience in a medical setting, such as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Scribe, Customer Service, or Medical Assistant.
* You're looking for a flexible work arrangement that allows you to contribute meaningfully from home.
* You excel at supporting complex services and navigating challenging customer scenarios with empathy and professionalism.
* You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent typing and phone etiquette.
* You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* You collaborate well with teams and enjoy being a part of a growing organization.
* You are comfortable multitasking and adapting to change as the organization evolves.
* You have experience with Helpscout, EHRs, or similar ticketing systems.
* You are comfortable operating in a space with limited guidance and navigating situations that are new to you.
