The Role
We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Product to lead product strategy and execution across our suite of institutional offerings. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will drive the vision, development, and growth of The Tie Terminal, while playing a critical role in shaping emerging products and other institutional tools.
This role sits at the intersection of institutional finance, crypto-native innovation, and data-centric product design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, sales, marketing, and research—to deliver high-impact solutions for the world’s most demanding investors and traders.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for The Tie Terminal; contribute strategically to other product lines
- Define and prioritize features that deliver real value to institutional users: market makers, hedge funds, asset managers, and other professional investors
- Conduct deep discovery with clients and prospects to fully understand institutional workflows and pain points
- Work closely with engineering and product design to build intuitive, performant, and data-rich products—both UI and API-based

Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including significant time in institutional fintech, trading systems, or market data
- Deep knowledge of institutional workflows across the front office (traders, PMs, analysts) and ideally also middle/back office functions
- Proven success building and scaling data-intensive products used by professionals in high-pressure environments
- Passion for and knowledge of crypto markets—this is not a tourist role; you should be fluent in crypto-native market structure and developments

Validator Incentive Design & Feedback

- Along with the engineering and research teams as well as external specialist service providers, help refine Raiku’s tokenomics, incentive alignment strategies, and validator performance frameworks.
- Advocate for validator needs during incentive model development and Raiku’s economic design process.
Risk Mitigation & Compliance Awareness
- Understand validator risk profiles (e.g., slashing, regulation, compliance) and help design engagement strategies that account for these factors.
- Advise validators on risk areas associated with new features like decoupled block-building and slot marketplace participation.
- Work closely with legal / compliance advisors to ensure validator-facing processes align with relevant regulations and de-risk the Raiku - Validator relationship

Marketing at Wintermute
This role will focus on product marketing for customer-facing products such as OTC products, Wintermute portal NODE, and liquidity provision for blockchain projects. It will also include general awareness and recruitment marketing, as well as supporting venture investment and incubator businesses. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized self-starter to create and execute marketing activities, drive engagement, build relationships across our channels, and leverage the strong reputation Wintermute has in the industry. We’re on the lookout for someone with erse experience in marketing and a hands-on attitude who can learn or do whatever is required to reach the goals. Passion and familiarity with crypto is a very significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Execution of the marketing plan: own the execution of marketing activities, including hands-on execution, coordinating communications and operational teams, and working with internal and external teams (e.g. designers, suppliers, agencies, etc)
- Branding: support ongoing rebrand project and expand the branding to new activities
- Content marketing: drive the creation of thought leadership and content marketing pieces centered around education and providing value to counterparties and partners
- External visibility: drive increasing Wintermute visibility through top-tier media, conferences, speaking arrangements, and targeted events in coordination with an Event Manager
- Reporting & analytics: build a fact-base to monitor and report results of all activities
Hard Skills Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in a high-performance product, product marketing, social media marketing, or related operations function, e.g., crypto or other VC-backed startup, fintech company, B2B SaaS, dynamic financial services company, consulting; we also welcome management consultants and similar high-performing generalist candidates
- Track record of creating a tangible impact on key metrics, and be ready to give examples
- Experience of independently delivering ready customer-facing deliverables, such as content pieces, campaigns etc; being able to do content/copy without content writers or agencies
- Experience with B2B marketing in high-value deal/ACV environment is strongly preferred; experience with finance, fintech or crypto is a significant advantage but not a requirement
- Experience with at least several functional areas listed above and familiarity/general understanding of others; ability to learn new functional areas quickly and independently

The Role
As the Social Marketing and Content Lead you’ll be responsible for much of how Ethena’s public brand and persona is perceived by the world. You’ll improve social and community engagement, take a major role in driving the adoption of Ethena’s products and have a direct impact in the level of success for all that we do. This role involves overseeing all aspects of Ethena’s social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and public communications.
