The role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a well-rounded cross functional skill set.
We will geek out together launching new products, features and functionality that eradicates consumer data from data broker platforms using new and clever approaches.

* Partner with the Integrations Program Manager to share real-time customer feedback and edge-case patterns

* Strong familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and HR platforms like Azure Active Directory, Workday, and Google Workspace* Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to talk through workflows clearly with non-technical users* A highly independent operator who’s also deeply collaborative—comfortable working across Success, Product, and Engineering* Quick to jump into live calls, proactive in solving blockers, and confident owning the “how” of implementationNice to Have

🔥 Since our series A last year, we’ve become one of the fastest growing startups to hit Series-B metrics, and now we're hiring for Payer Operations to join our team to work on building the foundations of our RCM team.
About Us
Finni Health empowers autism care providers to start, run, and grow their own practice. 🦊
The autism care industry is growing rapidly due to increasing diagnosis rates and landmark legislation requiring payers to cover care in every state. Over the past few years, private equity attempted a hasty consolidation with over 200 M&A deals. This cash grab not only hurts providers, who are overworked and underpaid, it also reduces the quality of care. We’re enabling providers to take back control.
With Finni, providers can launch their own practice in 2 weeks and compete effectively with the PE dominated market. Clinicians benefit from access to our insurance network, our purpose built EHR software, our HR management solutions, and a team of inhouse clinicians who understand their needs and goals.
We’ve grown rapidly (~20% month over month, ~10x annually), and are looking for smart, driven iniduals eager to push boundaries and drive innovation in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in fast-paced settings, possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and are committed to contributing meaningfully to our ongoing success.
Finni is backed by top-tier investors such as General Catalyst and YCombinator.
This Role
You will help set up our payor operations function at Finni and play a critical role in establishing our company's operational foundation. You will work directly with our co-founders and drive strategic projects and initiatives for the company. You will gain first-hand experience in the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing startup and have an opportunity to grow with the team.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Be:
* Scale the number of insurance contracts that Finni has and unblock any applications that are stuck with payors
* Assist in day-to-day clinic questions and frustrations about contracting for providers* Develop and implement strategies that unlock growth for our practice owners through payor rate optimization and unlocking relationships* Manage the relationship with our current contracting vendor, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.* Support customer interactions and inquiries, providing excellent service and escalating issues as needed.* Participate in strategic planning initiatives, working closely with the founders to set goals, develop operational strategies, and execute plans* Demonstrate a start-up mindset, being adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solvingQualifications and Experience:
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an early-stage startup, business or payor operations.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills (Excel)* The ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and work with internal teams and external business customers.* Experience working with business customers, providing support, managing relationships, and gathering feedback for product improvements.* A proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and seek opportunities for process improvement.* Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. Our Cultures and Values:
* Customer Obsession: Obsessed with our customers’ and their patients’ pain points. Everyone is customer service and customer support. We believe that amazing products stem from deep-rooted understanding of customer pains and building solutions to address them.
* High velocity: thrive in high-velocity environments where you learn fast, operate light-speed and execute with a very high bar & with bias towards actions. Be hungry, curious and continue to push the limits. It’s less about where you’re at, more about where you can be & how fast you can get there!* Empathy factor: Empathizing with those around you, whether it’d be customers, partners, teammates or others. Have genuine interests in the lives of others and how what we do can affect everyone around us.* Entrepreneurial mindset: founder-mentality, crave ownership and high accountability. Why This Role Matters
Legion Health’s data lives in half‑automated dashboards, ops spreadsheets, and ad‑platform exports. We need one technical owner to wire everything together, instrument every click and server outcome, and make growth metrics self‑serve for the entire team.
What You’ll Deliver
1 – End‑to‑End Analytics Stack
* Fully implement PostHog and Google Analytics 4 for complete funnel and behavioral insights.
* Instrument every product event with both client‑side “click” and server‑side “success” calls; build a structured tracking plan that documents event names, purpose, properties, and collection points.* Deploy Segment (or RudderStack) for clean, schema‑driven event collection and bi‑directional integrations with ads, email, and data warehouse.* Validate that our event‑driven architecture flows seamlessly from first click to patient conversion and downstream ops automations.2 – Centralized Growth Metrics & Dashboards
* Pipe data from PostHog, GA4, ops scorecards, billing, and provider‑availability feeds into one source of truth in PostHog (and later BigQuery).
* Centralize and automate the KPIs that matter for an insurance‑based telehealth service:* Paid and organic CAC, plus CAC per retained patient * Step‑by‑step onboarding conversion (landing page start → eligibility complete → benefits verified → intake finished → first appointment booked and shown) * Real‑time provider availability and idle time * Time‑to‑intake and time‑to‑first visit * Patient retention, weekly LTV, churn, and net margin per visit * Claim‑denial rates and gross‑to‑net reimbursement * etc. * Automate dashboards, Slack/email digests, and threshold alerts (e.g., CAC spikes, idle‑provider alerts) for real‑time decision‑making.* Keep all metric definitions in a living data dictionary so finance, growth, and clinical ops speak the same language.3 – Democratized Data Access
* Stand up BigQuery (or Snowflake) as the warehouse of record; schedule Segment/PostHog exports.
* Layer a BI tool such as Mode or Metabase for ad‑hoc SQL analysis.* Build a shared library of saved queries and dashboards for recurring metrics (e.g., funnel drop‑off by payer, LTV by lead source).* Run hands‑on workshops so ops, product, and marketing teammates can adapt basic SQL and pull their own insights without waiting on you.4 – Reporting & Knowledge Transfer
* Replace manual daily roll‑ups with self‑updating views accessible company‑wide.
* Deliver concise weekly memos summarizing data quality, new instrumentation, and experiment read‑outs.* Document the full event taxonomy, data model, and dashboard logic; hand off maintenance playbooks to future data or growth hires. You’ll Be Successful If You…

* Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript tagging, server‑side events, and schema design.* Strong SQL; comfortable joining product, revenue, and ops tables for cohort and LTV analyses.* Past success turning messy ops data into self‑serve dashboards and alerting systems.* Clear communicator who can teach non‑technical teammates to fish.Nice‑to‑Haves
* Experience with HIPAA‑adjacent data stacks or telehealth analytics.
* Familiarity with attribution modeling, A/B testing frameworks, or PostHog experiments API.Engagement Details
