The Role
We’re looking for a Support Engineer who moves fast, works efficiently, and is obsessed with building solution and unblocking customers. This isn’t your typical support role—your job isn’t just to answer tickets but to unblock builders. You’ll work with both self-serve developers and enterprise customers to help them seamlessly integrate and scale with our AI-powered APIs. With this, you’ll need to balance speed of resolution with quality of response, as we need to set our users up for success. As cheesy as it sounds, you’re debugging the future- Tavus powers the top startups and largest enterprises, and you’ll be working with them at every step.
You should have a strong engineering background, a customer-first mindset, and an ability to balance speed with precision.
