As a Litigation and eDiscovery Paralegal at Dropbox, you’ll be a key member of our legal team, supporting the Litigation team. Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining inidual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.

What you bring

The Main Responsibilities

• Provide professional legal and business research to support company objectives.
• Handle complex regulatory, legislative, transactional, and general corporate matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze information.
• Keep legal department managers updated on project developments.
• Complete assignments accurately and efficiently, communicating status to stakeholders.
• Manage special projects and provide paralegal support to the regulatory team.
• Assist with discovery for complex regulatory matters and collaborate with outside counsel.
• Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to legal matters.
• Manage matter creation in company outside counsel management and billing software.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent training required.
• 5+ years of relevant legal support experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for legal, technical, and regulatory audiences.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each inidual’s qualifications.

$54150 – $72200in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
