Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a full-cycle recruiter who can own hiring across all teams while bringing a unique edge in technical recruiting. This isn’t a typical recruiting role- you’ll partner closely with Oneleet’s founders, leadership and engineers, and because of your deep technical background, you’ll be able to credibly interview senior software engineers, assess technical ability, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment- you’ll need to be scrappy, adaptable, and excited to roll up your sleeves to make great hires across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the hiring process end-to-end: from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to running interviews and closing offers.

Recruit across the board: you’ll fill roles in engineering, but also jump in on other functions (ops, sales, design, etc).
*
Be the go-to partner for hiring managers: work side by side with founders and team leads to understand their needs and help them build out their teams.
*
Interview technical talent with confidence: use your technical background to screen and assess software engineers, including senior-level candidates.
*
Level up our recruiting engine: help us shape the hiring process, improve candidate experience, and experiment with new ways to engage top talent.
*
Make an impact quickly: as one of the earliest members of the recruiting team, the hires you bring in will directly shape the company’s future.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Startup mentality: scrappy, pragmatic, comfortable wearing many hats, and quick to adapt to shifting priorities.
*
Technical credibility:* Ability to effectively recruit and interview for senior software engineering roles.
* Familiarity with modern engineering stacks, such as
Typescript, React, Postgres, AWS, and Microservices, with enough understanding to credibly evaluate candidates’ experience.
* Exposure to
Go, Rust, Prisma, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
* Understanding of SaaS platforms and/or experience supporting hiring in the
information security domain is a plus.

Recruiting impact:* 3+ years of experience in
full-cycle recruiting, with a track record of scaling engineering and cross-functional teams.
* Skilled at designing and running hiring processes, from sourcing to hire.
* Experience partnering directly with engineering leadership to build high-performing teams.
*
Strong communication: excellent written and verbal skills, able to engage with candidates across all levels of technical proficiency and provide a compelling candidate experience.
*
Global mindset: you’re comfortable hiring across borders, juggling time zones, and finding the right people no matter where they live.
*
Passion for team building: motivated to build erse, world-class teams in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
