Marketing at Wintermute
This role will focus on product marketing for customer-facing products such as OTC products, Wintermute portal NODE, and liquidity provision for blockchain projects. It will also include general awareness and recruitment marketing, as well as supporting venture investment and incubator businesses. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized self-starter to create and execute marketing activities, drive engagement, build relationships across our channels, and leverage the strong reputation Wintermute has in the industry. Responsibilities
- Execution of the marketing plan: own the execution of marketing activities, including hands-on execution, coordinating communications and operational teams, and working with internal and external teams (e.g. designers, suppliers, agencies, etc)
- Branding: support ongoing rebrand project and expand the branding to new activities
- Content marketing: drive the creation of thought leadership and content marketing pieces centered around education and providing value to counterparties and partners
- External visibility: drive increasing Wintermute visibility through top-tier media, conferences, speaking arrangements, and targeted events in coordination with an Event Manager

Hard Skills Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in a high-performance product, product marketing, social media marketing, or related operations function, e.g., crypto or other VC-backed startup, fintech company, B2B SaaS, dynamic financial services company, consulting; we also welcome management consultants and similar high-performing generalist candidates
- Track record of creating a tangible impact on key metrics, and be ready to give examples
- Experience of independently delivering ready customer-facing deliverables, such as content pieces, campaigns etc; being able to do content/copy without content writers or agencies

The Role
As the Social Marketing and Content Lead you’ll be responsible for much of how Ethena’s public brand and persona is perceived by the world. You’ll improve social and community engagement, take a major role in driving the adoption of Ethena’s products and have a direct impact in the level of success for all that we do. This role involves overseeing all aspects of Ethena’s social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and public communications. Overall role purpose
We are seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed CRM Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing efforts for Wirex Private. This role will be pivotal in designing and executing sophisticated acquisition and retention strategies for our most valued users. With a split focus of 30% acquisition (Wirex Retail and selected external channels) and 70% retention (automation, upscaling, loyalty), the CRM Manager will help deliver a world-class, tailored experience.
Reporting to the Activation & Retention Lead, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Content, and Customer Support teams and act as the internal champion of our high net worth (HNW) customers. Expertise in Braze or any other industry-leading CRM tool, deep crypto knowledge, and a data-first approach are essential.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Own the CRM strategy and roadmap for Wirex Private, across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Build and optimise lifecycle programs and user journeys using Braze.
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies tailored to HNW user needs.
- Create performance-driven email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Acquisition, Brand & Engagement, Activation & Retention and Data teams to support Private user acquisition and onboarding.
- Monitor KPIs such as activation rate, user retention, LTV, and feature engagement.
- Regularly test, analyse, and iterate campaigns to continuously improve impact and scale.
- Liaise with the Product and Support teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user experiences across touchpoints.
- Stay updated on crypto/Web3 market trends and competitor activity relevant to HNW user engagement.
- Provide assistance to the Activation & Retention Lead with ongoing projects and any ad hoc requests

Experience/skills required
- Minimum 4 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within fintech, crypto, or HNWI-focused services.
- Strong working knowledge of Braze or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Proven track record in building automated user journeys and managing customer segmentation strategies.
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry and interest in wealth management/financial products.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and CRM performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
