Our founders (Anthony & Jennifferre) are Registered Nurses who worked clinically during the COVID-19 pandemic where the idea for Lumify began. Lumify launched in early 2021, and we now have over 50,000 healthcare workers using Lumify. We're a small (but growing!) team that works remotely all around the world.

The Role:

Lumify is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help us achieve our mission of ensuring that all healthcare workers have access to the gear and resources they need to excel at the bedside and beyond.

At Lumify, we have 50,000+ healthcare workers apart of our ecosystem. Throughout the past year, we’ve engaged with more than 1 million healthcare workers, partnered with 100+ brands, and grown our influencer community to 50 creators. The D2C Marketing Lead will spearhead new initiatives to engage and grow our healthcare community.

At Lumify You Will:

* Lead D2C social media marketing; areas including IG, FaceBook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc., marketing campaigns, Lumify’s partnerships, creator community, digital advertising, SEO strategy, and branding.

* Work with Lumify’s digital advertising team, designer, and Head of Community
* Work closely with the CEO to create and implement strategies to expand D2C marketing efforts to reach and retain new Lumify users
* Continuously ideate and execute engaging campaign concepts and come up with creative solutions/new methods to drive widespread brand awareness and virality
* Be creative and have fun

What We're Looking For:

* A passion for all things related to Marketing and healthcare

* Design proficiency (Ideally experience working with Figma, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
* Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a startup environment with a goal to be disruptive to the healthcare industry; previous experience in a startup preferred
* A skilled communicator who is comfortable working asynchronously and remotely
* Ability to create meaningful relationships with various brand partners and creators
* _A bonus:_ Knowledge of health care and/or medical communities
