We’re looking for a senior level product manager to join the team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout.
If you're excited to have a lot of ownership while remaining in the details day to day, this might be a great fit for you.
Anara is a product-led company that focuses on both building and marketing. It's up to you to bring together the building and marketing sides of the company in order to create something that our customers will love.
What you’ll be doing:
* Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, data analysis, etc. and present findings to the team with conviction and rigor.
* Optimize existing flows to reduce churn and increase conversion.* Investigate and resolve inbound customer issues reported through all communication channels, including email, support and Slack.* Surface trends and insights from customer feedback to the team at large to inform product choices.* Lead select strategic projects to improve the support experience, product operations, and internal enablement. You’re likely a good fit if:
* You are quick, scrappy and first and foremost a hacker/builder. Product at Anara moves lightning fast - we typically take features from idea to high-fidelity design in days, not weeks or months.
* You’ve spent at least a few years shipping complex but beautiful features to real users.* You have world-class design and product taste.* You have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight. We’re based in San Francisco with members of the team distributed across the US and Europe.
If you're interested in moving to SF, we're more than happy to sponsor your visa. We'll work with an immigration attorney to make sure everything goes smoothly.
We offer premium healthcare (medical, dental, etc.), flexible working hours and office space with a beautiful view of the SF marina and Golden Gate bridge.
To apply, reach out with a couple of sentences about you, links to your previous work and what you want to do for us starting next week. Applications without this information are automatically archived.

We are seeking a technical and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager with a track record of success in product management for Prosumer, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Legal Tech, Reg Tech and/or Consumer Data products.
Optery’s product is sold to iniduals, families, small and medium sized businesses, large enterprises, and state, local, and federal government agencies and departments. In this respect, it is similar to companies like LastPass, DropBox, and McAfee in that it is sold both to iniduals directly, and to businesses for distribution to employees. Optery maintains four primary application interfaces, its consumer facing application (https://app.optery.com/signup), its business admin facing application (https://business.optery.com/signup), its API (http://www.optery.com/api), and it’s backend workflows for employees and contractors.
Optery’s core data removal functionality processes Data Subject Requests (a.k.a. DSRs) for its customers to manage their data privacy preferences at data broker companies. Put differently, Optery delivers, manages and fulfills opt out and data deletion requests for its customers at data brokers.
Our business benefits from the growing number of consumer data privacy laws, and our software puts the data privacy rights granted in these laws to work for our customers, e.g. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), etc. Optery also offers a free tier with self-service tools for users to submit and manage their own data privacy rights requests.
Optery is seeking a versatile Senior Product Manager with a track record of success to help drive the development of Optery’s product and platform. You will report to Optery’s CEO and CTO, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, design, legal, customer operations, sales, customer success, customer support and executive leadership to align product development with company objectives and drive measurable results.
You need to be equally comfortable generating product requirements, creating wireframes for new product functionality, getting into the weeds with engineers on how the product works at a very granular level, providing feedback to engineers, testing, QA-ing and debugging, documenting new features, researching the industry landscape, and formulating a strong point of view for the product roadmap. The role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a well-rounded cross functional skill set.
We will geek out together launching new products, features and functionality that eradicates consumer data from data broker platforms using new and clever approaches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and lead the development of product features for data broker operations, with a focus on the fulfillment of Data Subject Access Requests and long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth and retention.
* Define and lead the development of product features for consumer data privacy rights management and related application and API functionality.* Learn from and study the needs of Optery’s customers.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead the development and release of product features.* Creating wireframes for new product features and functionality.* Debugging, testing and QA-ing new features extensively to ensure high quality.* Producing high-quality product marketing materials to accompany the release of new product feature releases.* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, customer success, customer support and executive leadership, to align product development with company objectives and drive measurable results.* Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of product features, using data-driven insights.* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Leverage insights to identify market opportunities, develop differentiation strategies, and prioritize our product development roadmap.QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Track record of professional success and achievement* At least 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in the Prosumer, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Legal Tech, Reg Tech and/or Consumer Data space, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments* Experience in the cybersecurity or data privacy industry is preferred* Deep understanding of data security and data privacy concepts, technologies, and industry trends is preferred* Familiarity with API development and processes, e.g. experience with Postman* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling writing and effectively present ideas to erse audiences.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret product analytics metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to change, and drive results.* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.* Bonus: In-depth knowledge of consumer data privacy laws and regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the American Data Privacy and Protection Act (ADPPA) and the California Delete Act.LOCATION

Part‑time (≈20 hrs/week) • 3‑month project • Remote (US‑friendly hours)
Why This Role Matters
Legion Health’s data lives in half‑automated dashboards, ops spreadsheets, and ad‑platform exports. We need one technical owner to wire everything together, instrument every click and server outcome, and make growth metrics self‑serve for the entire team.
What You’ll Deliver
1 – End‑to‑End Analytics Stack
* Fully implement PostHog and Google Analytics 4 for complete funnel and behavioral insights.
* Instrument every product event with both client‑side “click” and server‑side “success” calls; build a structured tracking plan that documents event names, purpose, properties, and collection points.* Deploy Segment (or RudderStack) for clean, schema‑driven event collection and bi‑directional integrations with ads, email, and data warehouse.* Validate that our event‑driven architecture flows seamlessly from first click to patient conversion and downstream ops automations.2 – Centralized Growth Metrics & Dashboards
* Pipe data from PostHog, GA4, ops scorecards, billing, and provider‑availability feeds into one source of truth in PostHog (and later BigQuery).
* Centralize and automate the KPIs that matter for an insurance‑based telehealth service:* Paid and organic CAC, plus CAC per retained patient * Step‑by‑step onboarding conversion (landing page start → eligibility complete → benefits verified → intake finished → first appointment booked and shown) * Real‑time provider availability and idle time * Time‑to‑intake and time‑to‑first visit * Patient retention, weekly LTV, churn, and net margin per visit * Claim‑denial rates and gross‑to‑net reimbursement * etc. * Automate dashboards, Slack/email digests, and threshold alerts (e.g., CAC spikes, idle‑provider alerts) for real‑time decision‑making.* Keep all metric definitions in a living data dictionary so finance, growth, and clinical ops speak the same language.3 – Democratized Data Access
* Stand up BigQuery (or Snowflake) as the warehouse of record; schedule Segment/PostHog exports.
* Layer a BI tool such as Mode or Metabase for ad‑hoc SQL analysis.* Build a shared library of saved queries and dashboards for recurring metrics (e.g., funnel drop‑off by payer, LTV by lead source).* Run hands‑on workshops so ops, product, and marketing teammates can adapt basic SQL and pull their own insights without waiting on you.4 – Reporting & Knowledge Transfer
* Replace manual daily roll‑ups with self‑updating views accessible company‑wide.
* Deliver concise weekly memos summarizing data quality, new instrumentation, and experiment read‑outs.* Document the full event taxonomy, data model, and dashboard logic; hand off maintenance playbooks to future data or growth hires. You’ll Be Successful If You…
* Ship a dual‑tracked PostHog + GA4 + Segment implementation in under four weeks.
* Migrate every spreadsheet KPI to automated dashboards that the team actually opens.* De‑risk future growth by leaving a warehouse, BI layer, and documented tracking plan that others can extend.Must‑Have Skills
* Proven rollout of Segment/RudderStack, PostHog/MixPanel/Amplitude, GA4, BigQuery/Snowflake, and BI tools at an early‑stage startup.
* Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript tagging, server‑side events, and schema design.* Strong SQL; comfortable joining product, revenue, and ops tables for cohort and LTV analyses.* Past success turning messy ops data into self‑serve dashboards and alerting systems.* Clear communicator who can teach non‑technical teammates to fish.Nice‑to‑Haves
* Experience with HIPAA‑adjacent data stacks or telehealth analytics.
* Familiarity with attribution modeling, A/B testing frameworks, or PostHog experiments API.Engagement Details
* Time: ~20 hrs/week for three months (extension or hire possible).
* Compensation: Competitive hourly or project rate.* Resources: Budget for any tooling you recommend; direct access to engineering, growth, and ops leads.",
