< class="h2">Your Role:

As a Digital Media Marketing Manager, you will work to unlock demand generation by creating and optimizing campaigns including multiple channels (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, etc.). 

In this role you will use digital channels to drive forward key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation for our Sales teams, and pipeline business growth. You will create end-to-end digital media advertising programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams on elements such as content strategy, asset management and delivery, campaign performance and reporting, optimizations and creative testing. You will craft media, channel strategy, and collaborate with our Demand Gen managers to help ensure orchestration of the full customer journey.

You will focus on conversion rate optimization and exceptional user experience addressing every step of the Marketing funnel. You will keep your pulse on marketing innovation, and are willing to challenge the status quo by exploring new marketing channels and initiatives.

< class="h2">Responsibilities
  • Create end-to-end digital media advertising journeys and campaigns that achieve demand generation key performance indicators.
  • Ensure accuracy and end-to-end digital tracking, measurement, and attribution of integrated campaigns across the funnel stages.
  • Produce insights to drive paid advertising strategy that support a customer-first approach and key business objectives.
  • Build channel testing, experimentation plans, establish requirements documentation, flows, segmentation, and reporting to analyze results and provide recommendations.
  • Deliver on channel-specific performance through budget management, funnel optimization, and performance communication to the Demand Generation team.
< class="h2">Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant B2B technology demand generation or marketing experience
  • 3+  years of experience managing digital media and creating measurable campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teammates to develop compelling, high-impact campaigns, and programs across multiple channels
  • Ability to use data to create insights that inform overall strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders, and cross-functional projects
  • Analytical, project management, and detail-oriented skills
  • Experience in Linkedin ads, Facebook ads, and Google Ads
  • Experience in TikTok ads is a plus
  • Experience in SEO is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce, or similar platforms for campaign setup, campaign orchestration, lead management, tracking, and reporting is preferred
  • Experience in Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar A/B testing and sessions tracking platform is a plus
