What You’ll Do

  • Define Our Brand’s Future: Build Opal’s visual identity from the ground up. Your brand playbook will set the tone for everything we do—from our website to social campaigns.

  • Design for Impact: Whether it’s a web page, a print flyer, or event swag, you’ll create designs that are thoughtful, striking, and consistent across all mediums.

  • Collaborate & Experiment: Partner with our Growth and Product teams to push creative boundaries, designing campaigns and assets that spark engagement and scale our mission.

  • Tell the Opal Story: Use design to bring our values to life—whether through animations, videos, or other dynamic content that resonates with our community.

  • Be Everywhere: From social posts to internal decks and even product design, you’ll ensure our brand is seamless and polished at every touchpoint.

Who You Are

  • A Brand Visionary: You understand how to create a visual identity that tells a story and makes a brand unforgettable.

  • Skilled & Versatile: You have 3+ years of experience in brand design, ideally in a B2C setting. You’re fluent in both digital and physical design and know how to make an impact across platforms.

  • Creative with Purpose: You don’t just design for aesthetics—you design to connect, inspire, and drive action.

  • Quick on Your Feet: Agile and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced environments where experimentation is key.

  • Collaborative, Yet Independent: You’re proactive and take ownership of your work but value the power of feedback and teamwork.

  • Tool-Savvy: Proficient with Adobe Suite, Figma, and motion design tools to make your ideas shine.
