Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and growth-minded Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic direction, development, and growth of our web3 native products and users.

Responsibilities
- Define and deliver innovative products and incentive programs that grow and delight users and align with our business and partner goals.

Requirements

The Role
EARN’M is seeking a Head of Product to lead the continued growth of EARN’Ms dApp and suite of assets following a successful token launch. About the role
Firstbase.io is on a mission to build an “All-In-One Company OS” to enable global founders to launch, operate, and grow their businesses using Firstbase’s suite of products.
As a member of the Product Management team , you will work with a cross-functional team to plan, design, and develop new features focused on the core experience for our users.
You will participate in the full lifecycle of product development, including conducting research & discovery to understand our members’ problems, developing a product roadmap, being the owner of PRDs (Product Requirements Document) and RFCs (Request for Comments), running sprint planning meetings and standups, and collaborating with partner teams to deliver a cohesive product experience. You’ll partner with design to come up with solutions that make money feel simple and approachable. You’ll define and analyze metrics that measure product success & health. You will have the following duties

Lead the development lifecycle of key consumer-facing features for the Start and Compliance squads, which together represent a significant percentage of Firstbase's revenue and are central to our founders' success.\*
