Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. Job Summary:
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help clients maximize the value of Moonvalley’s AI creative suite and provide white glove service to our most valuable clients. In this role, you’ll onboard clients, oversee the execution of their product imagery and video projects, and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you’ll also work closely with the Product and Support teams to bring customer feedback into the product and maintain high engagement. This position is Toronto (Canada) based and fully remote, with occasional offsite travel expected.
What you’ll do (responsibilities)

Maintain timely, clear notes on clients, keeping HubSpot up to date and contributing to the weekly Customer Success report\*

Where do you fit in?
UMA is looking for a driven and passionate PMM that is ready to drive GTM strategies, enhance retention and adoption, and act as the voice of our users. This role will bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing functions to ensure marketing is aligned with the needs of the sales and product roadmap and strategies. This PMM will be working on the next generation of the Optimistic Oracle, so much of which remains uncovered!
What you’ll be doing
- Strategy creation and execution: Craft a comprehensive strategy for brand awareness, protocol adoption, and growth of the protocol’s core KPIs.
- Build the systems and processes for detail-oriented execution: Work with product, community, and BD to deliver on your strategy and campaigns in a detail-oriented, time-conscious, and competitive manner that drives results. Build the systems and processes along the way to most effectively execute.
- Data-driven decision-making: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, user behaviors, campaign performance, and community involvement to inform and optimize on your strategy
- Budget management: Propose and own a marketing budget, including the strategic rationale for events, campaigns, and other resources. Delivering data driven reports on the ROI regularly.
- Community and marketing advocacy: Advocate for community and marketing efforts on a product and organizational level. We want to grow a world-class marketing and community team; help us deliver.
- Coordinate and collaborate: Collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team to brainstorm, create, and execute on your strategy and campaigns while fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation.
Requirements
- Self starter, willing to roll up their sleeves with any challenge
- At least 3 years experience as a PMM
- Run both scalable and scrappy campaigns across various channels
- Proven ability to turn data into creative action

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Lead to join our Stakeway team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnerships, and addressing unique challenges to drive growth in the blockchain and staking ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and engage with institutional clients to expand Stakeway’s reach.
- Develop and execute strategies for partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
- Represent Stakeway at industry events and conferences to foster new relationships.
- Client Management:
- Act as the single point of contact (PoC) for clients, ensuring their technical and operational needs are met.
- Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the tech team, facilitating effective solutions.
- Provide clients with insights and updates on staking and blockchain developments.
- Market Analysis:
- Research and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in the blockchain staking ecosystem.
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark best practices.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the tech team to align product offerings with client demands.
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and materials.
Requirements and Needed Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, staking mechanisms, and the institutional staking ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and business domains.
- Self-starter with a track record of driving initiatives in a lean, fast-paced team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a validator or staking services company.
- Familiarity with Ethereum infrastructure and related tools (e.g., client ersity, zkEVM, optimistic rollups).
- Technical acumen to understand validator operations and infrastructure.
- Connections with institutional investors or players in the blockchain space.
