The opportunity

Quimbee team members must be masters at what they do. Whether you are a brilliant legal writer, product leader, or subject-matter expert we look for the top 1%. As a senior graphic designer, you will lead the conceptualization of marketing strategies and design solutions from inception to execution. As the primarymarketing creative designer, you will drive the creation of marketing communications materials.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop illustrations, graphics, animations, and storyboards following the appropriate brand guidelines.
  • Develop visual concepts and layouts for digital campaigns including website graphics, social posts, emails, and digital ads.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing creative strategies that encompass all phases of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to execution and evaluation.
  • Conceptualize ideas for new design campaigns and marketing initiatives, and be able to present creative concepts and implementations to stakeholders.
  • Create, edit, and optimize images using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software.
  • Translate marketing strategy into compelling visual content that engages and resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all channels and deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing creative direction to external vendors and agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, fine art, or a related area
  • 5+ years of direct response marketing experience
  • Expertise in developing and managing digital marketing creative strategy
  • Strong understanding of creative for paid digital ads, such as Instagram/Facebook, Google/Microsoft, YouTube
  • Experience designing email, using a CRM such as Hubspot/Salesforce with knowledge of best practices for optimizing open, click, and conversion rates
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
  • Bonus points for proficiency in After Effects

  • Salary.The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 commensurate with experience.
