About the job:

As the Marketing Designer, you will be instrumental in developing the look and feel of the HER brand by bringing our story to life through well-crafted visual narratives across our social and marketing channels and customer touchpoints. This role reports to the Head of Design and works closely with the Marketing and Growth departments to gain insight and understanding of our brand and goals for success.

Our Marketing team leads the growth of our audience and platform and has huge responsibility for the brand - how we are understood, seen and felt. Our users make this community what it is, and we are looking for an experienced designer to position HER in the market as the leading brand for our community by creating images that move people, videos that stir them, and stories that steal their hearts.

What you'll do :

*

Develop a bold and distinct style for visual assets that aligns with the HER brand.
\

*

Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to conceptualize and design digital assets and motion graphics across our social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), marketing and sales outlets, pitch decks, email communications, website, and in-app messages.
\

*

Create beautiful work that is also impactful - hit key performance metrics (e.g. click-through rate, conversion rate, activation rate) while keeping the user and our brand in mind.

*

Work with the Head of Design to ensure a cohesive experience across Marketing + App visuals where crossovers occur.
\

What we’re looking for:

*

3-4 years of design experience, either in marketing/graphic design (emails/newsletters, graphics for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), and sales pitch decks) or digital and front-end design (websites, apps, motion graphics, animation, AR).
\

*

A portfolio of work demonstrating your work and aesthetic, particularly showcasing designs used to support marketing, growth, and social media channels.
\

*

Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma
\

*

Experience with After Effects or an equivalent video editing software
\
