Your mission

Lead CoinTracker’s People function. Build a team & culture that enables CoinTracker to fulfill its mission of enabling everyone in the world to use crypto with peace of mind. Enable CoinTrackers to do their life’s best work in a highly engaging, principled, and inclusive workplace.

What you will do

* Lead the People function end-to-end

* Set the vision and strategy for People at CoinTracker
* Make and support key decisions
* Define and execute on key projects
* Communicate within the function and across the company
* Hire to fill open roles in the function
* Partner closely with executives and managers on company goals
* Set expectations, provide feedback, unblock obstacles, and drive accountability with direct reports
