Role Summary:

What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Nira, you’ll focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for our engineering, product, and sales teams—zeroing in on people who are not only qualified, but exceptional. You’ll search high and low for people who identify with our mission and core values and possess extraordinary technical abilities.
You’ll report to our Talent Lead and spend most of your time sorting resumes, identifying strong candidate profiles, and sending thoughtful outbound messages to engage top talent. You’ll also work to quickly understand the roles you're sourcing for and learn what great looks like across different functions.
You will possess a relentless drive to succeed and improve efficiencies. You will stop at nothing to ensure that your targets are hit, and you will view calls with candidates that are not ultimately hired as a good opportunity to network and not wasted time- providing both candidates and hiring managers with prompt and candid feedback.
About you
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting or staffing (in-house or agency).

Your mission

- Own existing and develop new revenue channels and monetization strategies

- Build and manage co-marketing and integration partnerships
- Identify and pursue distribution opportunities across developer marketplaces and ecosystems
- Lead positioning and messaging for product and marketing initiatives
- Manage or collaborate with writers, designers, and freelancers to produce content and assets
- Measure performance and continuously iterate to improve KPIs

- Proven experience driving go-to-market execution at a devtools, B2B SaaS, or open source company
- Strong operator with the ability to turn strategy into action and deliver results
- Understanding of software developers and modern software delivery
- Hands-on experience with product launches, content, partnerships, and growth channels
- Resourceful, self-managed, and comfortable working in a lean, async environment
- Strong communicator and collaborator across functions
- Bonus: experience growing open-source projects or developer communities
