We are looking for a part-time Business Development Representative to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. We are hiring people who have done it before.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development activities in specific regions for the hardware and software products of the company.
  • Implement strategic plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the dental and orthodontic industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor strategies to regional markets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate and qualify leads.
  • Coordinate demo schedules with potentials BD targets.
  • Cultivate relationships and foster trust with clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to assess lead quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within the dental industry, with a preference for the orthodontic sector.
  • Established connections and networks within the dental/orthodontic industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in various regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Work at least 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-powered dental technologies and solutions.
  • Success in expanding market presence and driving significant sales growth in previous roles.

Compensations

  • Monthly base pay, and performance-based annual bonus.
  • Profit sharing for sale contracts are available.
