We're looking for someone who'll build relationships, get to know our customers and use this expertise to help them achieve more with our product. 

This is more than just an account manager role - we're looking for someone who'll drive performance across a portfolio of existing accounts across the lettings industry and contribute to the growth of our Commercial team. 

You'll have the autonomy to identify and deliver new business from within a portfolio of existing clients, shape a customer success strategy that will generate revenue, improve profitability, and ensure that flatfair continues to grow. 

 

About the role

You'll drive engagement with our product to increase penetration with customers who've already signed up to flatfair but who have yet to get the most out of our platform.

Here's an idea of what you might be doing in a normal week

  • Build relationships over the phone and face to face, educating existing customers on the flatfair product and how we can help them achieve their strategic goals
  • Deliver training to agents remotely and in person on the value of our product for their tenants, and how to use the platform effectively

You'll be measured on increasing the volume of business generated from your customer portfolio, penetration rates and customer satisfaction rating. 

 

About you 

  • You'll be a relationship-builder, someone who can really get to know our customers and help them to get the most out of flatfair
  • Experience in the property, lettings or proptech industry will be helping in understanding our customers' needs but isn't essential
  • You are passionate about providing the best customer service and have a successful track record of building meaningful client relationships
  • You'll have a track record of contributing to sales targets by increasing penetration within an existing customer base
  • You'll be based remotely, travelling 25 - 50% of the time. You'll also travel to our offices in Euston, London at least once a quarter for company socials, training, product workshops and more.
