Storj is looking for a proven campaign and demand generation leader to create and drive effective marketing programs to engage enterprise and business to business (B2B) customers and drive pipeline. You are passionate about creating customer-centric campaigns, using data to drive decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders–internal and external– to solve pressing business problems. You have a proven track record in and enjoy detailed campaign management, demand generation, digital marketing, and digital advertising. Your campaign practice is optimized by deep experience in the martech tool stack, leveraging marketing analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), account based marketing (ABM), and automation. You are experienced in campaign strategy, branding and messaging, and are proficient in agile marketing and execution. You are experienced in infrastructure products and software platforms, with proven success selling to the C-Suite and IT/engineering decision makers alike. You understand the cloud and infrastructure market and are able to craft on-message campaigns across all stages of the buying cycle.Note: This position is based in the United States and is fully remote. We are unable to sponsor work visas at this time.Responsibilities* Develop, execute, measure campaigns.  Create and run market-focused, brand always-on, ABM campaigns to generate leads and pipeline. Execute impactful programs based on target markets to drive pipeline and revenue growth.* Collaborate with Product Marketing. Work with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are on message and that appropriate content is developed for all stages.* Experienced collaborator with Sales and partner teams. You are a sales whisperer. You enjoy developing the optimal lead flow and understand how to automate out the marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and move the sales qualified leads (SQLs) to the pipeline. You design and orchestrate marketing programs across the B2B buying cycle for awareness, consideration, and purchasing. You will be a sales team marketing partner and create marketing “1-to-many” programs to acquire new customers.* Orchestrate the development, execution, and optimization of ABM campaigns. Map and deliver programs across customer journeys that engage our target audiences at the right time with the right messages leading to the right experiences. Success will be increasing engagement in “cold” and “warm” target accounts, sourcing new sales opportunities, and influencing and accelerating existing pipeline. Work with Sales to identify target accounts, utilize the ABM tools to expand targets based on intent, create ABM “nurture and awareness” campaigns.* Manage digital advertising.  Strong understanding of how to align, manage, deliver digital advertising as part of campaigns. Work with Product Marketing for adwords, search terms, key words, and with advertising manager (contractor) to implement, target, measure digital advertising.* Hubspot/CRM expert. Implement and organize campaigns and funnel in Hubspot to show conversion and pipeline creation. Able to set up campaigns end-to-end and maintain lead workflow in collaboration with Sales, including MQLs scoring and SQL hand off.* Manage contractors for social, email marketing, CRM implementation as part of overall campaign execution and lead generation.* Analyze and report on the performance of enterprise pipeline programs to measure impact and refine future programs. Oversee and report out on overall program performance. Leverage analytics and data to spot areas of opportunity and influence decisions. You are data-driven and able to optimize marketing levers on the fly. You will present out on monthly and quarterly marketing performance and provide thoughtful insights to the extended team.* Work cross functionally to get things done. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure that our marketing programs are representative of all marketing deliverables and that marketing programs align with overall marketing and sales goals and objectives. This includes relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.Qualifications* Minimum of 10 years of experience in campaign management and demand generation, with a focus on cloud infrastructure products and platforms and marketing to technical buyers.* Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and growing demand gen strategy and resources.* Strong understanding and proven hands-on use of marketing technologies and tools, including marketing automation platforms, ABM platforms, analytical tools and CRM systems.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
