Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on an Inside Sales Associate. 

The Inside Sales Associate will have the critical responsibility of identifying opportunities and building relationships across the Healthcare Enterprise, including Health Systems, Payors, Digital Health and Life Sciences organizations. The ideal candidate will be able to represent Memora Health to prospects and educate them on the value Memora can bring to their organization. Additionally, this role will work closely with the entire Commercial team including Marketing, Sales and Client Success. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare — looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

*

Identify, qualify and source new business opportunities to build Memora’s pipeline for growth in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership. This includes cold calling and supporting demand generation efforts through follow-up and collaboration on leads generated through email marketing, webinars, website traffic, conferences & events.

*

Use industry databases, online networks, and search engine tools along with industry knowledge to help build targeted lists, identify new prospects and lead campaigns with open rates above industry standards.

*

Schedule and lead initial discovery conversations, and seamlessly hand off qualified meetings to sales for demonstrations.

*

Support sales representatives in deal management and assist in key initiatives that are critical to nurturing deals through the sales process.

*

Effectively plan and execute personal territory campaigns, while also creatively executive on strategies for prospects when there is no reply to outreach.

*

Track and document all activity in the sales CRM system (Salesforce) including emails, calls, and campaign member status’ updates, in addition to adding relevant contacts and updating existing contact information as needed.

*

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets pertaining to discovery meetings set and qualified opportunities created.

Qualifications (Required):

*

You are comfortable talking to and building relationships with potential clients, from executive assistants to C-level executives in the healthcare industry

*

You have work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar business development (SDR, inside sales, etc) role within healthcare

*

You have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including lead generation and nurturing relationships

*

You can be phenomenal multi-tasker and thrive in an independent and remote work environment

*

You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Qualifications (Bonus):

*

Experience leveraging Salesforce, Pardot or equivalent CRM and Marketing Automation system, in addition to search engine tools like ZoomInfo or Definitive Healthcare.

*

You are humble with an ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable and have willingness to learn in a high-paced rapidly changing sales environment

*

You are a tenacious inidual who isn’t afraid of taking initiative and sometimes rejection
