We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to be a part of making this happen.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Channel Marketing Manager is a self-starting marketer who partners closely with channel partners, channel sales, marketing, and leadership cross-functionally to drive the strategy and execution plan for programs and initiatives that gain partner mindshare, generate partner demand, recruit new partners, enhance the partner experience, and build pipeline and sales opportunities.  In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of National Accounts and the National Account Managers to identify high-yield opportunities for each unique partner across partner-facing marketing mediums including webinars, campaigns, digital programs, partner training, panels, and social broadcasts. You’ll be responsible for making Arctic Wolf stand out in a creative and impactful way to stay top of mind with our most productive partners. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for digging into program performance data to identify trends, make recommendations and shape budget allocations that drive business results. The ideal candidate Is a self-starter with a service attitude who has exceptional communication and writing skills, a partner-first attitude, and ability to create and launch high-impact programs that yield measurable results.  Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA or Remote, USARESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with CAM/NAM directors to develop and execute a quarterly channel marketing plan for a dedicated set of partners comprised of partner-facing activity, scalable demand gen, and digital programs that align with channel sales plan to boost indirect pipeline and partner rep adoption  Serve as primary AW marketing liaison for Partner Marketing Managers at our strategic partners Define and execute a strategy and plan to amplify the partner program and partner experience, activate new partner sellers, and gain mindshare at our national partners through incentives, experiences, and digital programs  Package and promote integrated campaigns and content to strategic partner community; create and maintain scalable means to empower partners to drive demand. Understand needs of top tier partners and tailor content and delivery accordinglyPartner with channel comms, product marketing, and sales enablement to shape and develop segment-specific channel product and program launch messaging, communications, and to- and thru-partner tools based on segment requirementsPartner with internal Demand Center and Creative teams to manage campaign ticket requests for programs including training, panels, webinars, ads, on-domain landing pages, social broadcasts, and partner trainingSource, coordinate and fulfill high-end giveaway and rep engagement items to make Arctic Wolf stand out among other vendors with national strategic partner repsAnalyze program and platform performance data to identify trends, make recommendations and build quarterly plans that reflect findings to maximize ROIManage, balance and report on channel marketing budget; adjust spend based on program performance SKILLS & REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications, or related field of study 5-7+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing  Experience working for cloud services/security technology company with mid-market focus preferredComfortable leveraging marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performanceMust be willing and able to travel up to 20%, namely to Channel Partner eventsExceptional organizational, prioritization and project management skills; communicates status and escalates needs with clarity and ease and proposes solutionsDeep channel acumen and knowledge of channel go-to-market, partner business models, partner profitability, and channel engagement best practices; deep understanding of marketing/sales funnel as it relates to the channel and methods by which to accelerate and impact pipelineExceptional writing skills with the ability to drive deep understanding and inspire action Strong analytical skills; ability to pull and review reports, extract actionable insights and make recommendations; demonstrated ability to incorporate metrics into a process of continuous improvementExcellent and polished interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralManage and report on budget; prioritize spend based on business need and performance dataFully adept in tech stack required to generate and deploy campaigns and measure effectiveness including marketing automation, CRM and PRM Commended ability to build effective working relationships with sales leaders, sales team members and the partner community; demonstrates positive aggression and confidence asserting decisions ABOUT ARCTIC WOLFAt Arctic Wolf we’re cultivating a collaborative and productive work environment that welcomes a ersity of backgrounds, cultures, and ideas to make our teams even stronger as we grow globally.
