This is a ground floor opportunity to be one of the first business-focused team members at hotglue and shape our trajectory. You will experience what being at a scrappy startup is like. What you'll be doing described below one-day could look radically different the next. You will be empowered to identify opportunities that will help us grow and own it.

The Role

Business Development Representative’s will work closely with one of the founders of hotglue to ensure the company’s continued rapid growth. The BDR's responsibilities will primarily be focused around lead generation, as well as sales operations and other sales, marketing and customer service related work as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

* Attend weekly team meetings, trainings and strategize with team

* Prospect to companies with all levels of employees from C-Level to data analysts
* Develop and implement lead generation strategies to grow the business and hit account acquisition targets
* Strong written communication skill
* Thoughtful when completing tasks
* Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.
* We don't care about fancy degrees or FAANG experience.
