Reliable bandwidth during at least 2 crossover hours with PST (UTC‑7) for crits and stand‑ups.

Familiarity with gamified engagement loops, social gifting, or live community events.

About Us
We’re building CrewVision, a dispatch and mapping platform for companies that manage snow removal and landscape crews. Our mission is to help growing field service businesses operate like the big guys — without losing the high-margin, high-quality jobs that made them successful.
Our product team is based in Toronto, and our full-time developers are in India. Design has been handled by agencies and part-time contributors — now we’re hiring our first full-time, in-house designer to own product design end-to-end.
What You’ll Own
This is a product design ownership role — not a pixel-pushing service gig. You’ll be responsible for everything visual and user-facing in our product:
Collaborate with our product team (wireframes, user needs, problem framing)
Design end-to-end UX: flow, screens, states (error, loading, empty, success)
Handle mobile + web, modals, transitions, and interactions
Maintain a clean, scalable Figma system (organized files, components, naming)
Manage your own design backlog and roadmap
Collaborate with devs for accurate, efficient handoff
Reference and migrate legacy Adobe XD files during onboarding
Spot design gaps, UX friction, or inconsistencies — and propose improvements proactively
Leverage modern tools and AI to ship faster and smarter
What We Value
We believe great design is a force multiplier
We move fast and don’t over-plan — you need to stay useful even when direction is fuzzy
We like things clean, clear, and fast — and expect you to figure out what matters
We care more about impact and clarity than Dribbble-style polish
You don’t need permission to make something better — just show us
Tools We Use
Figma (and expect you to set up our full design system)
Adobe XD (for some legacy file reference)
Slack, Zoom, Notion, Loom for async work
Bonus: experience with Framer, Webflow, or AI-enhanced tooling
Requirements
3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (or equivalent portfolio)
Portfolio that shows real product work — not just visuals
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Experience collaborating with remote development teams
Comfortable managing your own design workflow, timeline, and scope
Familiarity with Adobe XD and Creative Cloud (for migration)
Bonus: experience with mapping, dispatch, logistics, or scheduling tools
⚠️ No pixel-pushers. We want a partner who can think, own, and deliver — not just someone waiting for tasks.
Remote Culture + Travel
We work across time zones (Toronto, India)
You’ll need 4 hours/day of overlap with Toronto or India
You’ll have the chance to travel to Toronto or India 1–2 times per year for product strategy or design sprints (we’ll cover travel costs)
How to Apply
Send us:
Your portfolio
A short message about a product you helped bring to life
Your location, timezone, and compensation expectations
Bonus: send a Loom video walking through your favorite design decision
We care more about what you’ve designed than how long you’ve been doing it. If you’ve shipped great product work and know how to explain it, we’d love to talk — even if you don’t check every box.
Our Hiring Process
We aim to keep our hiring process clear, respectful of your time, and focused on finding a great mutual fit. Here’s what you can expect:
Application Review
All applications will be reviewed for relevant experience, portfolio quality, communication, and alignment with the role.
Initial Interview
Selected candidates will have a first-round interview focused on past work, collaboration style, and design thinking.
Paid Test Project
Finalists will complete a short, real-world design task. This is a paid project and helps us assess execution, process, and attention to detail.
Final Interview
Candidates who complete the test will be invited to a final interview to discuss product vision, ownership expectations, and long-term fit.
We value clarity, proactivity, and ownership. If that sounds like you, we’re excited to hear from you.

WANTED: Senior Web Designer to Build Stunning, High-Performing Experiences That Transform Lives
Are you a digital designer who loves building beautiful things that actually convert?
Do you dream in Figma components, finesse Elementor layouts with ease, and get a thrill from creating pages that feel like home to your audience?
Do you want your work to mean something—like helping someone take the first step toward real self-worth, confidence, and love?
Then keep reading, because this might be the most creatively fulfilling role you’ll ever have.
✨ About Us
We’re Matthew Hussey and the Love Life team—a global brand helping people transform their relationships, starting with the one they have with themselves.
Through powerful digital programs, live events, coaching experiences, and our growing online community, we reach millions each year with practical tools to build self-worth and find lasting love.
And now, we’re ready to evolve every aspect of our online experience—our website, campaigns, member platforms, sales pages, social media channels, and program environments—with your help.
🎨 About This Role
We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to take our design presence to the next level—from a brand people respect, to one they fall in love with.
You’ll lead design execution across all customer-facing pages and experiences, working hand-in-hand with our marketing, product, and tech teams to turn ideas into high-performing, beautiful digital journeys.
This is a role with a high degree of ownership, but it comes with support—strategic direction, dev resources, and a highly collaborative culture. You won’t be on an island—you’ll be part of a smart, fast-moving, heart-centered team that loves what they do and values creative input at every level.
🧩 What You’ll Own
Designing and building high-converting pages and experiences across the entire customer journey: sales pages, landing pages, product dashboards, checkout flows, and more
Maintaining and evolving our web design system—creating consistency across design elements, breakpoints, and device experiences
Executing directly inside WordPress + Elementor (our core platform) with clean layout structure and smart organization
Writing front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) when needed for customized layouts, clean UX, and smooth responsiveness
Partnering with marketing and product teams to design for emotion and performance—creating experiences that both look amazing and drive action
Collaborating with leadership on strategy, structure, and opportunities to innovate or simplify the digital experience
🙌 Who You Are
A senior-level designer with 5+ years experience designing and building responsive websites, preferably in a DTC, education, or digital info-product business
You’re based in the US, and are totally comfortable working eastern timezone hours
You’ve got a refined visual eye—your work feels elevated, cohesive, and emotionally intelligent
You know what converts—you’re fluent in direct-response principles and aren’t afraid to make smart trade-offs between pretty and persuasive
You’re confident building inside WordPress and Elementor, and can push front-end code as needed without breaking things
You thrive with autonomy, but love collaboration. You can drive your own work forward, and enjoy bouncing ideas off your team
You’re organized and on-time—you scope accurately, communicate clearly, and deliver what you promise
You think like a strategic creative—you love solving business problems with design, and you want your voice heard in shaping the big picture
🎁 What You’ll Get
💰 $80,000–$100,000 annual salary, depending on experience
🌴 15 days PTO + 12 US holidays + your birthday off + extra PTO every 4 years
👶 Paid family leave, maternity leave, and additional flexible leave policies
🧠 Annual training budget + employee well-being support
🏡 Remote-first culture (US-based, ideally East Coast or near Central Florida for occasional team meetups)
🗣 A true seat at the table—you’ll be part of key conversations, and your creative input will shape strategic direction
