About Nira Energy
Nira's mission is to convert the US power grid to be 100% fossil-free.
Nira is a software platform that helps renewable energy developers (solar/wind) find the most profitable land to build new projects.
We focus on estimating the cost to interconnect with the electrical grid (aka the Interconnection Process). Depending on where developers connect, they may be on the hook to pay millions of dollars to upgrade power lines, substations etc.
We are profitable!
What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Nira, you’ll focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for our engineering, product, and sales teams—zeroing in on people who are not only qualified, but exceptional. You’ll search high and low for people who identify with our mission and core values and possess extraordinary technical abilities.
You’ll report to our Talent Lead and spend most of your time sorting resumes, identifying strong candidate profiles, and sending thoughtful outbound messages to engage top talent. You’ll also work to quickly understand the roles you're sourcing for and learn what great looks like across different functions.
You will possess a relentless drive to succeed and improve efficiencies. You will stop at nothing to ensure that your targets are hit, and you will view calls with candidates that are not ultimately hired as a good opportunity to network and not wasted time- providing both candidates and hiring managers with prompt and candid feedback.
About you
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting or staffing (in-house or agency).
* Bachelor’s Degree required* Resides in Los Angeles (the job is remote, but you must be willing to cowork with the Talent Lead two days per week early on / one day per week in perpetuity).* Top tier communication skills and a natural ability to make candidates comfortable.* Extremely hungry to learn and succeed.* Quickly learns from mistakes and iterates.* Highly coachable and adaptable, and don’t take professional feedback personally.* Picks up new (especially technical) concepts quickly and asks the right questions to get up to speed.* Persistent, organized and methodical in your approach to sourcing.* Takes full ownership and stays accountable to deeply focused work in a remote environment with few KPIs.",

Infisical is looking to hire exceptional talent to join our teams in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era.
We're building a generational company with a world-class engineering team. This isn’t a place to coast — but if you want to grow fast, take ownership, and solve tough problems, you’ll be challenged like nowhere else.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an exceptional Founding Recruiter to help us scale our team by hiring exceptional talent.
You'll play a key role in defining our hiring strategy, shaping our recruiting processes, and ensuring that every candidate has an amazing experience with us. In this highly challenging role, you'll be expected to help us win the talent war by identifying, attracting, and winning over the best talent.

* Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, product, GTM, etc.* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements.* Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies.Requirements
Given the nature of this being a new grad role, we don't expect any or significant recruiting experience (we’ll teach it all) but we do expect you to possess the following qualities given the rigor of recruiting:
* Extreme hunger for challenge, growth, and a winning mindset.
* High urgency — you're reliable and show up to the occasion when there's a calling for it.* Exceptional attention to detail and eager to learn.* A bias toward action—you're able to make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks.* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.* Based in US & Canada. How You’ll Grow

* Managing our recruiting stack including ATS platform (we use Ashby), sourcing tools, etc.* Build and lead a recruiting team.* Develop Infisical's brand and hiring processes and strategies from ground up.Team, Values & Benefits
Our team brings experience from companies like Figma, AWS, and Red Hat. We operate primarily as a remote team but maintain a strong presence in San Francisco, where we have an office. We also get together in person throughout the year for off-sites, conferences, and team gatherings.
At Infisical, we offer competitive compensation, including both salary and equity options. Additional benefits, such as a lunch stipend and a work setup budget, are available with more details to be found on ourcareers page.
