The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Vendor Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role you will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and TrueML’s growing vendor network to ensure operational excellence across the organization. You will serve as the first point of contact for all things vendor risk, compliance, and performance as we improve upon and scale our vendor management philosophy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform vendor lifecycle management (onboarding, scheduling of audits, meetings, etc.) by maintaining all documentation and data within our Vendor Management System.
  • Build collaborative relationships and act as the prime point of contact for vendors over commercial, contractual and practical arrangements.
  • Handle a high volume of emails resolving issues both internally and externally.
  • Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, supply-market research and pricing audits for the pursuit of continuous cost and performance improvements.
  • Support the execution of spend management projects that accomplish key objectives. Those objectives may include savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation & management, risk reduction & management, improved visibility & control of expenditures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with an analytical focus (Supply Chain, Business, Economics, etc.)
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in vendor management, customer service, consulting or compliance.
  • Experience using Google Workspaces, MacOS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience working in a highly regulated industry like financial services in a plus.

Salary Disclosure

$67,124 to $77,193

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Inidual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
