About the role:

The Demand Generation and ABM team at TigerGraph is a critical part of Corporate Marketing, and helps generate pipeline and revenue for the enterprise and commercial business segments. The Manager, Account Based Marketing - Americas, will be a crucial part of this team and collaborate cross functionally with SDRs, Sales teams, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing and Content to create cutting edge ABM programs and campaigns. This role will help develop data-driven initiatives to generate awareness, demand and account penetration for the enterprise segment in the Americas region while also supporting expansion and upsell. This role reports to the Director, Demand Generation and ABM.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Americas ABM strategy and integrated marketing programs in alignment with Go-To-Market strategy to achieve pipeline and revenue goals for the enterprise business.
  • Understand TigerGraph Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), account firmographics, technographics and intent signals to develop strategic ABM campaigns that resonate with the account buying centers and target personas.
  • Analyze contact coverage for enterprise accounts and develop contact acquisition strategies using a multi-channel approach including, digital, events and community.
  • Create ABM campaign kits in collaboration with the content and creative teams, leveraging account-specific insights and messaging.
  • Develop ABM campaign landing pages and nurture strategies to educate target personas and move them across the buyer journey into a trial/purchase.
  • Work with the digital demand team to create targeted ABM advertising for enterprise accounts in different stages of the marketing and sales funnel, including opportunities in late stage pipeline.
  • Create ABM programs for expansion/upsell opportunities within the install base in close collaboration with the regional territory managers and field sales teams.
  • Pilot ABM “test-and-learn” programs to identify best performing messaging, content, copy and landing pages, and advocate ABM best practices that generate higher conversions.
  • Develop ABM analytics, including benchmarks, KPIs and KPMs for account engagement, account/contact scoring, sales cycle, opportunity acceleration and funnel velocity.
  • Perform closed won and closed lost analysis to identify won/lost reasons, develop predictive analytics/propensity model leveraging account characteristics and buying signals, and create segmented nurture strategies to bring back lost opportunities into the pipeline.
  • Analyze ABM campaign effectiveness and ROI, present ABM performance dashboards, and communicate pipeline and revenue impact to the executive team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ABM, demand generation, field marketing, sales or sales strategy.
  • Ability to work with limited direction and drive cross functional collaboration across various orgs to implement ABM programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making in order to drive impactful programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to develop ABM messaging for technical as well as business personas.
  • Ability to work in an environment with multiple high priority initiatives.
  • Experience with ABM and sales platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, Demandbase, 6Sense, Drift, Sendoso, etc.
  • Working knowledge of analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Google Data Studio.
