Our current priority is building a world-class product team that will enhance product/market fit for both sides of our hiring marketplace by building an experience that both Buyers and Sellers will want to talk about.

We are seeking a product leader who will make this happen.

YouTeam is remote-first, with offices in Mountain View, CA, and Lviv, Ukraine.We're small enough that you'll have to get your hands dirty, but growing quickly enough that you need to be comfortable delegating and growing a team.

Outcomes we will be looking for you to achieve in the first 18 months:

1. Rebuild the Buyer side of the marketplace to reinforce YouTeam's positioning as the future of outsourcing.

* 9 or 10 average NPS scores from 30 new customers.

1. Reduce seller-side churn by radically improving Seller's experience.

* 50% Seller churn reduction;

* 8+ average NPS score from Sellers.

Hire, train and manage a high-performing product development team, built of A-players.

Build an effective and transparent feature prioritization system.

* 100% of qualified feature requests are completed within 2 months from submission;

* 90% of the company employees agree that they know and understand what the product team will be working on in the next 3 months.

1. Improve the company data analytics system - so that every team member can get their question answered in the shortest possible time.

* in at least 50% of cases team members find the necessary answer through data immediately;

* 80% find the answer within 1 day;
* 100% find the answer within 3 days.
