Graphic Designer – Join MONEGASQUE LLC’s Growing Team!
Location: Remote/Flexible
Employment Type: Full-Time
Who We Are
Monegasque LLC is a fast-growing brand in the e-commerce space, with a strong presence on Amazon. We’re not just looking for a designer—we need someone who understands the business side of design and knows that on Amazon, the best-converting image isn’t always the most visually appealing one. If you’re eager to learn, test, and optimize your designs for conversion rather than just aesthetics, you’ll thrive with us.
What You’ll Do
Create high-converting product images – including main, secondary, and lifestyle images that meet Amazon’s requirements and best practices.
Design A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) that enhances product listings and improves conversion rates.
Develop and maintain Amazon Brand Stores, ensuring a cohesive and engaging shopping experience.
Organize and manage design assets efficiently to streamline workflow.
Work closely with the team to test and refine designs for optimal performance, not just aesthetics.
Handle multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Amazon design, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s image and content guidelines.
Strong photo manipulation and composition skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with task management tools to efficiently structure work.
Eager to learn and test—you understand that Amazon success is about what converts, not just what looks good.
Understanding What Drives Clicks & Conversions is a Huge Plus
A great designer doesn’t just create beautiful images—they create images that sell. If you understand the principles of Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR) and how images influence buyer decisions, you’ll have a strong edge in this role. The ability to craft breakthrough main images that drive engagement and strategically build content that speaks directly to the customer’s needs is highly valued.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to address buyer concerns visually, highlight the right differentiators, and subtly showcase why we stand out from the competition. If you instinctively think about how an image impacts a shopper’s decision rather than just how it looks, this role is for you.
Full-Time Commitment – No Side Work
This is a full-time position, and we expect every team member to be fully dedicated to Monegasque LLC. If you’re looking for freelance work or side gigs, this is not the right fit. We need someone who is fully invested in growing with our brand, continuously improving their skills, and delivering their best work without distractions.
What We Offer
Flexible hours – As long as you're aligned with the team and available when needed.
Growth opportunities – A clear path from Graphic Designer to Design Team Lead, where you can oversee other designers and shape the brand’s creative direction.
Top-notch training – We invest in courses and resources to help you refine your skills and grow professionally.

Small by name, wild by impact.
We are not interested in playing the volume game at a small studio. We're here to build meaningful brands and products that cut through the noise, not add to it (it's loud out there for absolutely no reason). We're looking for a Product Designer who doesn't just want to design for now, but for what comes next. Someone fascinated with form and function, design and dialogue, process and poetry (not that you have to write any). Someone tired of doing things the way they've always been done, and ready to join us in subverting normal; tastefully, strategically, and with a little bit of irreverence. If you're curious about how AI can augment craft (not kill it), and how brand and product design can actually make people feel again, you might just be one of us.
Why a small studio?
We're not just making work here, we're making a point for the next generation. We are intentionally small, yet we've built for unicorns, and many other mythical creatures valued in the millions. Your gift will be nurtured here, valued and your state of being will always be at peace, because we genuinely care.
Your Role: Design with intention, collaborate without ego.
This isn't a cog-in-the-machine job. You'll partner closely with our Art Director and creative team to:
Make meaning, not mockups
Design beautiful, intuitive user experiences rooted in purpose, not just pixels.
Translate complex ideas into innovative, clear, visual systems that breathe with personality.
Use brand, UX, and interaction design to create work that feels coherent, calm, and creatively charged.
Help us build not only for our clients (partners), but also for ourselves; you'll contribute to internal tools, frameworks, and products developed in-house.
Stay curious about emerging tools (AI, automation, generative design), and help us use them to enhance authenticity.
Prototype efficiently, without sacrificing the soul of the work.
What to bring to the table.
You've got a portfolio that proves you can design digital experiences that stand out (and stand for something).
Fluent in Figma (our love language).
Thrive on collaboration, and you’re radically transparent.
Got an instinct for quality and a bias for clarity.
Curious about the future with child-like wonder.
Value strategy as much as aesthetics.
Able to work remotely, with at least 4 hours of overlap in Pacific Time.
You care about the craft, not the clout.
Speak English really well (trust us, we wish we spoke more languages too).
Contractor Compensation
Competitive with U.S. rates, also competitive in terms of taste, culture, and creative freedom.
Monthly Retainer through end of year
$5,000-7,500 a month based on capabilities
While we are so flattered by your interest in joining our team, only those invited to move on to the next round will be contacted.

About Us
We’re building CrewVision, a dispatch and mapping platform for companies that manage snow removal and landscape crews. Our mission is to help growing field service businesses operate like the big guys — without losing the high-margin, high-quality jobs that made them successful.
Our product team is based in Toronto, and our full-time developers are in India. Design has been handled by agencies and part-time contributors — now we’re hiring our first full-time, in-house designer to own product design end-to-end.
What You’ll Own
This is a product design ownership role — not a pixel-pushing service gig. You’ll be responsible for everything visual and user-facing in our product:
Collaborate with our product team (wireframes, user needs, problem framing)
Design end-to-end UX: flow, screens, states (error, loading, empty, success)
Handle mobile + web, modals, transitions, and interactions
Maintain a clean, scalable Figma system (organized files, components, naming)
Manage your own design backlog and roadmap
Collaborate with devs for accurate, efficient handoff
Reference and migrate legacy Adobe XD files during onboarding
Spot design gaps, UX friction, or inconsistencies — and propose improvements proactively
Leverage modern tools and AI to ship faster and smarter
What We Value
We believe great design is a force multiplier
We move fast and don’t over-plan — you need to stay useful even when direction is fuzzy
We like things clean, clear, and fast — and expect you to figure out what matters
We care more about impact and clarity than Dribbble-style polish
You don’t need permission to make something better — just show us
Tools We Use
Figma (and expect you to set up our full design system)
Adobe XD (for some legacy file reference)
Slack, Zoom, Notion, Loom for async work
Bonus: experience with Framer, Webflow, or AI-enhanced tooling
Requirements
3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (or equivalent portfolio)
Portfolio that shows real product work — not just visuals
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Experience collaborating with remote development teams
Comfortable managing your own design workflow, timeline, and scope
Familiarity with Adobe XD and Creative Cloud (for migration)
Bonus: experience with mapping, dispatch, logistics, or scheduling tools
⚠️ No pixel-pushers. We want a partner who can think, own, and deliver — not just someone waiting for tasks.
Remote Culture + Travel
We work across time zones (Toronto, India)
You’ll need 4 hours/day of overlap with Toronto or India
You’ll have the chance to travel to Toronto or India 1–2 times per year for product strategy or design sprints (we’ll cover travel costs)
How to Apply
Send us:
Your portfolio
A short message about a product you helped bring to life
Your location, timezone, and compensation expectations
Bonus: send a Loom video walking through your favorite design decision
We care more about what you’ve designed than how long you’ve been doing it. If you’ve shipped great product work and know how to explain it, we’d love to talk — even if you don’t check every box.
Our Hiring Process
We aim to keep our hiring process clear, respectful of your time, and focused on finding a great mutual fit. Here’s what you can expect:
Application Review
All applications will be reviewed for relevant experience, portfolio quality, communication, and alignment with the role.
Initial Interview
Selected candidates will have a first-round interview focused on past work, collaboration style, and design thinking.
Paid Test Project
Finalists will complete a short, real-world design task. This is a paid project and helps us assess execution, process, and attention to detail.
Final Interview
Candidates who complete the test will be invited to a final interview to discuss product vision, ownership expectations, and long-term fit.
We value clarity, proactivity, and ownership. If that sounds like you, we’re excited to hear from you.

You’ll lead the team responsible for all of the company’s external communications — including the website, social media, blog, media publications, online and offline conferences, print materials, and swag.
Key Responsibilities
Organize the work of the design team: plan tasks in sprints and manage project deadlines.
Build and optimize processes, collaborate with stakeholders and other departments.
Mentor the team: support professional growth, create a competency matrix, and plan development paths.
Motivate designers and maintain a high level of engagement and quality.
Present and defend design decisions.
Work with external resources (agencies, freelancers, Upwork).
Oversee creative concepts, provide art direction, and take part in special projects hands-on.
What We’re Looking For
Attention to detail, punctuality, and a structured approach to work
At least 2 years of experience as a Design Lead or Art Director in marketing or communications
Experience managing a team of 3 or more people
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on design experience
A strong portfolio showcasing your work
Solid understanding of marketing design — what visual solutions work and what don’t
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
A Few Important Notes
We work remotely, but our core hours are 9:00 to 18:00 CET. During this time, we actively collaborate through calls and discussions.
Final compensation will depend on your experience, performance on the test assignment and technical interview, as well as your country of residence.
Why Join Us
We're building a strong team of passionate people, each bringing their own unique experience — and eager to share it.
There’s no complex hierarchy here; everyone is just a Zoom call away. Almost all financial data is transparent, and we regularly share how the product, sales, and support work, where our customers come from, how we make money, and what’s new and exciting.
We believe in long-term relationships and offer stock options. The company is growing fast — just last year, we doubled our key metrics.

Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:
