tl;dr - Our Product Design team is looking for an SF-based teammate who can help create outstanding products for Scribe’s 4 million users! We’re searching for someone with a strong bias for action who can partner with PM and Engineering to plan, design, build, and ship great experiences by influencing key UX decisions and designing for business impact.
About the role
Scribe is seeking a Product Designer to join our team to improve and broaden Scribe’s core product experience. Key responsibilities for this role include:
Creating detailed, pixel-perfect, and differentiated designs for new product features.
Becoming the voice of the customer by talking with users to understand their needs and goals and channeling that into the designs.
Working very closely with your PM counterpart to understand the company strategy and OKRs and positively influence the roadmap to drive maximum business impact.
Partnering closely with engineers to make your designs come to life and iterating collaboratively to address technical constraints.
Leveraging and contributing to our design system, Stylus, to ensure consistency and efficiency across our product.
Collaborating closely with your design peers to receive and provide feedback to raise the bar on everything we build.
👉 Read what it’s like Designing for Scribe.
About you
You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:
Are curious about our users and love chasing the “why, why, why” to deeply understand their issues and obsess over creative designs to solve them.
Thrive in autonomy. You enjoy shaping the product, not just shipping it. You don’t always need a PRD to get started with your design explorations.
Have 6+ years of experience designing SaaS products for Enterprise customers (startup experience preferred)
Appreciate the holistic craft of product development. You can quickly build credibility with your product and engineering counterparts through a deep understanding of and respect for their disciplines.
Care about the details. You pride yourself on delivering the best end-to-end user experience and would never say “improving that is out of scope for this project”.
Outcomes over output. You thrive on creating user value and know when to follow a multi-step design framework v/s when to deploy a napkin sketch to unblock the team.
Think big and deliver incrementally. You love dreaming of “big ideas,” but balance that by designing incremental experiences for our users at a high velocity.
Strong POV. You can discern good products from great, and stakeholders rely on you to be the “taste test” for great designs.
Bonus Points
You have experience with Tailwind and are comfortable writing or editing HTML and CSS.
Experience with shepherding your work through GitHub pull requests and giving feedback on the code our engineers are writing for your designs.
Interview Process
Note: The application requires you to submit a strong portfolio showcasing your work in high fidelity.
[30 min] Chat with our recruiter to learn more about the company, team, and opportunity
[30 min] Meet the hiring manager to discuss your professional background, expectations for your next role, and assess if there’s a mutual fit.
[60 min] Working session with two of our product designers to assess how you break apart a problem, assess multiple potential solutions, and make a recommendation for the best one.
[4 hours] Onsite at our SF office to meet with the co-founders and team. This will include a panel presentation (for a lightweight, take-home assignment) followed by a couple of behavioral interviews. You’ll also have the opportunity to get to know the team over lunch!

If you’re proactive, creative, and excited to collaborate with a team building the best developer experience (DX), this role is for you.
The Role
You’ll be the designer behind Inngest’s visual identity, working closely with marketing and the broader team to craft a cohesive brand experience across all channels. From the website to event graphics, you’ll be defining how the world sees and feels our brand.
You’ll work on a variety of projects, all aimed at making Inngest’s brand engaging for developers. You’ll join a small, passionate team of designers, engineers, and marketers who care deeply about building products with best-in-class developer experience (DX) that developers deserve and love.
- This is a US-based remote role. We're remote first, with a few folks working together in-person in SF.
What You’ll Do
Design Web Pages & Marketing Assets: Create pages for Inngest’s marketing website, docs, and design various marketing assets like blog graphics, technical illustrations, social media visuals, and emails. Your designs will help communicate how Inngest solves long-standing developer problems in a novel way, making complex ideas accessible and engaging
Maintain & Evolve the Brand: Uphold Inngest’s brand guidelines and evolve them as needed. You’ll ensure every design (big or small) feels like Inngest, while keeping things fresh and modern.

What You Need to Succeed
Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator is a must. You know how to create clean, modern designs and can iterate quickly based on feedback.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain design decisions and collaborate in a remote environment using Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.
Proactive Attitude: You’re a self-starter who loves to take ownership. Have an idea to improve the brand or try a new design trend? We want to hear it!
Animation (Bonus): Experience with After Effects or web animations is a plus. Imagine adding subtle animations to a web page to make it more engaging for developers — that’s what we love.
What Your First 90 Days Will Look Like
First Week: Get to know our team and how we work. You’ll e into our brand guidelines, explore existing design assets, and learn about our developer audience. Expect lots of “hello’s” on Slack and a friendly onboarding to our design files.
By Day 30: You’ll be fully integrated into our weekly workflow. You might have already designed a new section for the marketing website or created graphics for a blog post. You’ll understand our product, our users (developers!), and our marketing strategy deeply enough to start contributing new ideas.

Your designs will be live, making an impact on how developers perceive Inngest. You’ll also have contributed to our design system (like adding new components or guidelines) ensuring consistency across all channels. Beam (https://onbeam.com) is looking for a Design Director to lead day to day design operations.
We’ve just overhauled the brand: bespoke type, bespoke iconography, and a lean design system begging to be used.
We're on the look out for an experienced design leader and manager who can turn that toolkit into best-in-class design for Beam.
If you generally want to work on the complete bleeding edge of tech with a supportive team and do incredible things this is the job for you.
What the role actually is:
You’re the day-to-day owner of design. Four direct reports to start; you’ll grow the team where needed and rely on a group of extremely talented contractors.
You report to the Creative Director (who will support in terms of vision and direction) and the Chief Operating Officer. After getting up to speed you will run execution without hand-holding.
You translate asks from Marketing, Product, and Engineering into a clear weekly sprint board, keep weekly stand-ups tight, and run regular 1-on-1s. While managing workloads.
You design! Jump into Figma, refine type, tweak, ship, advise, build, etc. You will work with graphic designers, illustrators, type designers, 3d artists and more to make Beam one of the best brands in the world.
You will protect the bar: bespoke craft (the philosophy at Beam), zero office politics (you will quickly be terminated if so), a desire to learn, and a general desire for excellence. If you want to create and own an impactful brand and not be stuck in corporate bs this is your dream job.
You will be kind. And know how to get the most out of, and upskill the designers you work with.
Must-have:
Management experience or experience leading a team
Crypto fluency Wallet flows, token logic, on-chain UX - no learning curve.
Track record in both product and brand/graphic work The job is 50 / 50 and understanding both is crucial.
EU-time availability (±2 h CET) This doesn't mean you need to be in Europe (we have people working in East Asia, but on European hours - with a bit of leeway)
Bias to action Beam moves quickly; spectators slow us down.
Nice-to-have (but genuinely helpful)
Experience rolling out new design systems company-wide.
Comfort directing motion/3-D to push visuals beyond static.
Past life in a high-growth startup or crypto company.
What you get
Very strong senior-level salary + meaningful token package.
Complete work flexibility and uncapped paid holiday.
Remote-first culture; annual in-person off-site.
A terrific budget you can manage autonomously.
Whatever you need to get your job done.
Full agency and no micromanagement
Support from the Creative Director where needed.
A truly amazing team.
Meaningful work with an understanding group of people who will allow you to experiment, be bold and make mistakes.
Hiring flow
Intro call — Creative Director
Deep-e — Creative Director + Lead Designer
Final — Creative Director + COO
Best case scenario: can start immediately or within 4–6 weeks.
Two-month probation. Looking for someone with high autonomy. If it's not clear in the first two months you will be let go.

Product EngineerHigh level stuff you might be filtering against 🔍Location: Remote (UK timezone +/- 6 hrs generally). In the UK we will hire you as an employee. In other countries you’ll need to be setup as a contractor initially.Type: Full-timeSalary: Location dependent. As a reference, our current range in the UK is £75k to £110k. If you will work from another location, you should map this to your equivalent market rate to be competitive. We are open to negotiation as we recognise there are different situations, but these are our general guardrails. What I am looking for👋 Hi, I’m Martin, VP of Engineering at Zen Educate and I’m looking for engineers who can make an impact on the real world problem of education staffing, and do it through engineering excellence.Every place has its own understanding of what engineering excellence looks like (sometimes written down, sometimes not). Here’s what it means to me and Zen:• Valuing real world outcomes and shared learning over output• Product thinking over pure tech - start with the problem, ship quickly and iterate. • Team success and sustainability over inidual heroics. We are a small, but mighty team and so every engineer has the opportunity to make an outsized impact and put their stamp on what excellence looks like in practice. What do I mean by “small”? Today we have 4 product teams and 24 engineers including Tech Lead Managers and Principals. We recognise the world is not static - “what got us here, won’t get us there” - so we look for curiosity, adaptability and proactiveness as fundamental traits. The engineers I see be the most successful are those who focus on solving problems, look to help others and just happen to typically leverage technology to do so.So whether you’re passionate about building great products, scaling systems, or improving team processes, you’ll thrive at Zen if you care deeply about users, focus on real-world outcomes, pursue continuous learning and strive to make others better 💪What we are building and whyGetting the right teacher into the right school at the right time is a crucial problem to solve, both for education outcomes for children and for the sustainability of an industry that spends billions on this.Today the platform we are building supports internal operations teams on filling roles, educators on finding roles via our mobile app and schools on getting educators in for both short-term and long-term roles. The more we develop the platform (and the ability to self-serve in the marketplace), the more efficient the whole process becomes, which means more money going back to educators and into classrooms (over £30 million since 2017). We are well established in the UK and growing at a phenomenal rate in the US 🚀What we need now is to reach the next level in how we build our platform to support this growth. That’s where you come in 😉What the role looks like in practiceI’ve written a bunch of words above that I hope capture your interest and excitement ✨. But what really matters is what reality looks like and the best people to share that are the existing engineers on the team. So here are a few glimpses from your potential peers of some of what they have done in a week:“I liaised with the Finance team to help re-run a set of invoices that originally failed from our automated invoice service, and I helped implement a feature to convert a long term booking into a job role - to more accurately reflect how teachers work and track job conversions. Then I shared some design feedback for a booking credit system that was initially less well defined.” - Jai“I implemented a compensation system that will cover the additional fees for teachers, which will allow schools to book needed teachers” - Kamil“I was updating the job details view in our React Native app to show more information to teachers about the school and job dates to make the job offers more attractive and useful. I also upgraded our backend Rails app to use latest version of Ruby, Sidekiq, Rack and Puma” - Adrian“I started the week by pushing some small updates to our React Native app, and then finished the week by shipping a feature to improve the experience of schools finding teachers and managing to clean up a bunch of legacy code in the process.” - Chris“I explored the feasibility of using Google Document AI to extract data from documents uploaded by candidates and validate them, improving automation for our onboarding process" - Lucas“I implemented backend and frontend MixPanel events for crucial workflows to better understand how users interact with our product and what we can improve on." - Georgi“I spent some time monitoring Sentry to spot performance trends and debug issues. I also built an automated rota in Coda for our Native release process, before reviewing Product Refinement Docs and contributing to shaping the solutions.” - EthanWhat you might like or dislike Every place makes tradeoffs based on what they value and where they are in their journey ⚖️. Here’s a list of things you might find useful in figuring out if this is the right role for you. If we end up chatting, feel free to dig deeper into any of them. Note that some of these are recent changes in our approach and may be “work in progress” when you join.💻 How We Work• Boring tech for the obvious, experimentation for the rest. Our core is Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, running on Heroku + Cloudflare etc. But we have also evaluated Amazon Personalise as a candidate for our matching system and spiked out our own AI powered knowledge-base. • Process serves performance. We use agile sprints and other structure to support, but our focus is on outcomes not following rules. Greater performance gives greater freedom - think “Master your instrument, master the music, and then forget all that and just play.”• Engineers as problem shapers (not ticket takers). You’ll thrive here if you want to shape problems, not just deliver tickets. Our Product Managers and Designers are partners you pull on for leverage rather than task givers who hide the users away.• Daily shipping culture. We ship regularly and want to get even better at it. We are investing in this and welcome those who’ll help us start smaller and iterate faster.🌱 Growth & Progression• Choose your own career path. We care more about impact and learning than rigid competency grids. This means greater flexibility in what progression looks like, but requires you to build an understanding of what we value from guiding principles and shared real-world examples.• Few Titles, infinite Levels. We use Levels instead of Titles to show growth in a Role. You won’t see titles like Associate, Senior, or Staff here. Instead, you can grow continuously by getting better at your current role - e.g. working faster, safer, and more independently. Changing roles is possible too, but depends on business needs, since different roles aim for different business outcomes and typically use different skills.• Investment over reward as a mindset. Level changes are tightly coupled to compensation changes. Confidence in a Level change is based on sustainably doing great work at your current level. We think it is fairer to invest in what you do next, rather than reward you doing the next Level first for free!💸 Compensation• Market reality. Compensation is based on your competitiveness in your local hiring market (note that’s not just where you live). We don’t believe anyone has found a great solution to global compensation, so we aim instead to be clear and equitable in how we do it.• Solid, but not flashy compensation. We pay decently, but we won’t beat out companies with deeper pockets (yet!).• Think long term investment. If you are in a place where you need to prioritise immediate financial gain then this probably isn’t the right time to join us.🤝 Team Culture & Collaboration• Distributed engineering team. Solid communication skills and async habits are key to be effective. You’ll find strong connection here, but not through engineering getting together in-person. If you like the buzz of working near others you are welcome to work from one of our offices, but there won’t be many engineers there on any given day.• We believe in impact and measurable outcomes, alongside shared learning. If your work moves the needle or teaches us something meaningful then that’s a win. If not, then we’ll want to understand why. • Balanced, sustainable work. Long hours are not a badge of honour - they are an indication something isn’t working well. We value a sustainable pace and healthy teams.• Diversity is good in some ways and lacking in others. You might be the first of something here. That matters and we’ll support appropriately if you are.How we hireHire fast, fix fast. Hiring today is...not great, with most companies being too cautious and taking too long to make a decision 😦. We move quicker - our ideal is: apply Monday, offer by Friday. Then we invest heavily in the most important part - your onboarding. We ensure you are setup for success, with clear direction, experience of different teams and shipping to production within days.Whilst fast doesn’t mean frivolous, it does slightly increase the risk that you or we made a mistake. So we include regular check-ins during onboarding to make sure expectations match reality. If either side feels something is off then we try to fix it fast. And sometimes that will mean saying “let’s not carry on” with respect.Real talk. We believe in being direct and authentic. We’ll share the good, the messy and the challenges. We recognise we won’t have all the answers, still have much to learn, and that’s all part of the fun of this wild ride 🚀. We expect the same from you - after all we are just a bunch of humans trying to do great work together.Mindset, not tools. We hire for how you think and create leverage, not what specific tools you’ve used before. To us, experience is just another tool - it is only valuable through how you leverage it. Curiosity, adaptability, product thinking - those are the durable qualities in a changing world. And we value different opinions, so ensure you share yours - have a point of view, maybe debate a little and we will respect that.Always open to great people. We are always hiring and happy to chat even if the timing isn’t quite right. That’s why you might see this job post open for a long time. We are not collecting resumes or doing stealth market research, we just believe in the power of serendipity. To make that more transparent - right now we have a clear need for at least 2 more engineers in the team.Okay, so what will the actual process look like? 👀• Recruiter quick chat. Our recruiter will check you are human, can communicate effectively and cover some of the basics like compensation, benefits and availability.• Technical expertise. We will do a paired session with a twist - we will be the ones sharing our screen and writing the code. So come prepared to ask questions, drive progress with another engineer and dig through an ambiguous past problem in our codebase.• Product thinking. Chat to either our CPTO or a Product Manager about how you’ve demonstrated a product mindset in the past. Or if you haven’t had opportunity to do that, tell us why and what you’d do differently with us. • Role chat. This will be with me and I’ll be wanting to understand how you think and approach the role and engineering excellence. I’ll start by asking you the question you include in your application. And I’ll want to dig into your answers so that this becomes more of a conversation and shared exploration than a Q&A session 😃. After the recruiter chat, the remaining sessions can happen in any order and as quickly as our schedules can align. You could do them all in a day if you want or spread them out a bit.Once interviewers have shared their feedback from each session we do an internal debrief - that’s where we discuss what we are excited about you for in the role, any challenges we see and whether we think we can mitigate them at this time. From there we will make a decision and either proceed to offer or tell you that we not offering. We believe feedback is important, but also know not everyone wants it - so we don’t share it by default. If you’d like feedback after the process, just let us know. Note that we’ll frame the feedback from our perspective of why we did or did not have the confidence rather than as a commentary on you.Interested? Let’s go!If you read all of the above and are excited (maybe even a little nervous) about the opportunity and how we work then I recommend applying now! If you skipped or skimmed the above, feel free to apply anyway but you’re missing a bunch of useful information that could streamline the process for you 😉#Salary and compensation

WANTED: Senior Web Designer to Build Stunning, High-Performing Experiences That Transform Lives
Are you a digital designer who loves building beautiful things that actually convert?
Do you dream in Figma components, finesse Elementor layouts with ease, and get a thrill from creating pages that feel like home to your audience?
Do you want your work to mean something—like helping someone take the first step toward real self-worth, confidence, and love?
Then keep reading, because this might be the most creatively fulfilling role you’ll ever have.
✨ About Us
We’re Matthew Hussey and the Love Life team—a global brand helping people transform their relationships, starting with the one they have with themselves.
Through powerful digital programs, live events, coaching experiences, and our growing online community, we reach millions each year with practical tools to build self-worth and find lasting love.
And now, we’re ready to evolve every aspect of our online experience—our website, campaigns, member platforms, sales pages, social media channels, and program environments—with your help.
🎨 About This Role
We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to take our design presence to the next level—from a brand people respect, to one they fall in love with.
You’ll lead design execution across all customer-facing pages and experiences, working hand-in-hand with our marketing, product, and tech teams to turn ideas into high-performing, beautiful digital journeys.
This is a role with a high degree of ownership, but it comes with support—strategic direction, dev resources, and a highly collaborative culture. You won’t be on an island—you’ll be part of a smart, fast-moving, heart-centered team that loves what they do and values creative input at every level.
🧩 What You’ll Own
Designing and building high-converting pages and experiences across the entire customer journey: sales pages, landing pages, product dashboards, checkout flows, and more
Maintaining and evolving our web design system—creating consistency across design elements, breakpoints, and device experiences
Executing directly inside WordPress + Elementor (our core platform) with clean layout structure and smart organization
Writing front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) when needed for customized layouts, clean UX, and smooth responsiveness
Partnering with marketing and product teams to design for emotion and performance—creating experiences that both look amazing and drive action
Collaborating with leadership on strategy, structure, and opportunities to innovate or simplify the digital experience
🙌 Who You Are
A senior-level designer with 5+ years experience designing and building responsive websites, preferably in a DTC, education, or digital info-product business
You’re based in the US, and are totally comfortable working eastern timezone hours
You’ve got a refined visual eye—your work feels elevated, cohesive, and emotionally intelligent
You know what converts—you’re fluent in direct-response principles and aren’t afraid to make smart trade-offs between pretty and persuasive
You’re confident building inside WordPress and Elementor, and can push front-end code as needed without breaking things
You thrive with autonomy, but love collaboration. You can drive your own work forward, and enjoy bouncing ideas off your team
You’re organized and on-time—you scope accurately, communicate clearly, and deliver what you promise
You think like a strategic creative—you love solving business problems with design, and you want your voice heard in shaping the big picture
🎁 What You’ll Get
💰 $80,000–$100,000 annual salary, depending on experience
🌴 15 days PTO + 12 US holidays + your birthday off + extra PTO every 4 years
👶 Paid family leave, maternity leave, and additional flexible leave policies
🧠 Annual training budget + employee well-being support
🏡 Remote-first culture (US-based, ideally East Coast or near Central Florida for occasional team meetups)
🗣 A true seat at the table—you’ll be part of key conversations, and your creative input will shape strategic direction
🧪 Bonus Points If You...
Have experience designing for funnels, launches, webinars, or membership platforms
Have worked with CRO, heatmaps, or A/B testing
Are comfortable organizing content hierarchies and UX flows from scratch
Love personal development and believe great design can help people change their lives

About GFX Labs
At Oku, we aim to close the gap between the CeFi and DeFi trading experiences. It is no mistake that 95% of crypto trading occurs on centralized platforms like Binance and Coinbase since their organizations have spent substantially more time and resources investing in their trading interface, while DeFi has primarily been focused on infrastructure and protocols for the last several years.
However, that is going to change soon. While CeFi organizations enjoy their Web2 stack, a Web3 company like Oku can leverage the composability of the DeFi ecosystem and blockchain technology to offer a high-quality trading experience that will eventually be indistinguishable from CeFi and, in the long run, overcome their legacy systems. That is why Oku has 50+ partners in or supporting the app.
Oku initially started as a project within GFX Labs after they received a $1.6M grant from the Uniswap Foundation in October 2022 to build and launch a reimagined trading interface, analytics platform, and API for Uniswap v3. After ten months of development, Oku launched in July 2023, and since then, Oku has supported the DAO Uniswap’s efforts to expand across new blockchains.
Today, our primary feature is our smart order routing system, which integrates 12+ order routing systems to ensure all users find the best price possible. We have also adapted our order routing technology to offer a bridge aggregator with 11+ integrated bridges. Most recently, to close the CeFi/DeFi gap further, we added on/off-ramping with USD and EURO to our interface at an industry-low fee of free! Our other popular features include trustless onchain limit orders built directly on Uniswap v3, our position manager page for users who want to manage their LP positions, and our Uniswap v3 analytics.
Over the coming years, Oku will be expanding the scope of our offering and improving the quality of our user experience.
Why work at Oku?
Any firm can pay a high salary and offer good incentives (as will we), but most can’t offer interesting, challenging, and rewarding work.
We have something to prove. Our team is young and hungry. We like to move fast and make things. We know when to double down and when to cut our losses. We are going to make mistakes, and we are going to build a better product because of them. We don’t micromanage or have a huge team of product managers. We want self starters who take charge and solve problems.
We don’t care if you went to school, what grades you got, or your age. Show us what you have built, what problems you have solved, and what skills you have.
About the role

As a Product Designer at Oku, you’ll shape users’ experience onchain by crafting intuitive interfaces that make complex blockchain interactions accessible to users. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from initial user flows to high-fidelity mockups, creating designs that balance technical complexity with user-friendly interactions. Your work will directly influence how users understand and interact with cross-chain applications, requiring both creative problem-solving and attention to technical constraints.
