We are working with a newly launched, dynamic and innovative online casino that prioritises creating a vibrant and engaging community for our users which is looking to expand globally. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager with a focus on Telegram/Discord and a background in the casino, crypto, or Web3 space to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management: Lead and manage our Telegram/Discord communities, engaging with users daily. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring prompt responses to user queries and feedback.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, including daily updates, announcements, and interactive posts for Telegram, Discord and other platforms like social media and forums.
  • Daily Drops and Promotions: Organise and promote daily drops and other exciting promotions to keep the community engaged. Ensure users are informed about ongoing and upcoming events.
  • Customer Support: Address community inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all players.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from the community and report insights to the relevant departments. Help shape product and service improvements based on community input.
  • Event Management: Organise and manage online events, contests, and promotions to keep the community engaged and excited.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community engagement metrics and prepare regular reports on community health, engagement, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably with a focus on Telegram or similar platforms.
  • Industry Background: Experience in the online casino, gaming, cryptocurrency, or Web3 industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools. Ability to create engaging content and grow social media presence.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive community environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to engage with the community across different time zones.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using community management and analytics tools. Comfortable with basic graphic design tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the online casino or gaming industry.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desired, with fluency in English a must.
  • Experience with online event planning and execution.
