Prowess Consulting is looking for a freelance Graphic Designer with exceptional skills when it comes to leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and flexibility. We like to build relationships with freelancers and invite them back for future projects. You are someone who takes a calm, independent approach to troubleshooting while developing and sharing innovative solutions when faced with a challenge or technical glitch. This is a contract role with variable work hours. This role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States however, there will need to be availability between the hours 8 AM until 5 PM Pacific. No third-party agencies, please.

THE ROLE
- Present fresh ideas that push the boundaries of what “design” is defined as.
- Develop brand-appropriate graphic strategies and visual identity aesthetic executions that clearly communicate brand goals.

The opportunity as Web Designer
As a Web Designer at Embedded Medical, you’ll design and develop high-converting landing pages and quiz funnels for our embedded brands. This role is focused on execution, not brand creation — you’ll be implementing visual assets into performance-first designs that directly impact results. You’ll work closely with our CRO Specialist, Frontend Engineer and Lead Designer to create landing pages that can be adapted across multiple brands. While we currently use Webflow as our primary platform, we’re also exploring a move to Shopify or other platforms — so being able to implement front end code and use no-code tools at the same time is important .
You’ll receive fast, direct feedback and will be expected to iterate quickly. We’re looking for someone who can move fast, take ownership, and consistently deliver high-converting pages.

Collaborate: Work closely with the design team and the CRO Specialist to understand the optimization roadmap and identify design opportunities across funnels.

Iterate: Based on test results and insights from the CRO Specialist, iterate on designs to further optimize performance and implement winning variants across the site.
Enhance design systems for testing - Develop and maintain design components and templates that facilitate efficient testing and ensure consistency across the site.
In the near future
- Expand design's impact on the customer journey - Collaborate with the Ore, our CRO Specialist to design optimized experiences beyond the site, including ads, email, and product flows. You'll create visually compelling and persuasive designs that influence core KPIs e.g. CAC & LTV.
Need to Have
Design expertise: 3+ years of experience designing high performing landing pages and websites. Skilled in creating visually compelling and user-centric designs that effectively guide users towards desired actions.

The Role: Junior Brand Designer
This designer will be focused on marketing and brand design with the ability to learn and collaborate with product design. This inidual will support business goals related to brand building, brand recognition, marketing, and growth. They will contribute to the Gemini look and feel and have the ability to creatively express the brand across a variety of mediums.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve and apply our visual identity; become fully immersed in the Gemini brand and mission
- Design assets for social channels, email, and advertisements
- Develop new designs as well as iterate on existing designs for the gemini.com
- Support the marketing team with creative concepts for social media
- Take creative direction from design leads and incorporate feedback into work

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $118,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidateâs compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
In the United States, we have a flexible hybrid work policy for employees who live within 30 miles of our office headquartered in New York City and our office in Seattle. Employees within the New York and Seattle metropolitan areas are expected to work from the designated office twice a week, unless there is a job-specific requirement to be in the office every workday. Employees outside of these areas are considered part of our remote-first workforce. We believe our hybrid approach for those near our NYC and Seattle offices increases productivity through more in-person collaboration where possible.
