Check out this article from our CEO, Hussein on Snapcommerce's Core Values to learn more!The mission of the Sr. Retention Specialist, Ecommerce is to oversee the growth and optimization of the E-commerce platforms’ Email, SMS, and Push notification channels and continue the program’s double-digit YoY growth.Responsibilities- Strategize, develop and actualize comprehensive E-mail, SMS, and Push Marketing campaigns and automations utilizing Klaviyo, Attentive, and PushOwl- Advanced Segmentation, identifying opportunities to make custom messaging based on time of purchase, amount etc- Create and test new templates / segments- Work with the rest of the marketing team to design, develop, and deploy your email campaign- Plan, research, and set up flows- Examine and report on email campaign metrics including, but not limited to: deliverability rates, open rates, CTR, and overall revenue to drive insights and action on them- Collaborate efficiently with stakeholders across different teams to be able to handle requirements and prioritiesRequirements- 3+ years hands-on experience overseeing the setup of email and SMS campaigns- Preferred familiarity with Klaviyo- Experience with basic graphic design software- Able to interpret data - Someone who likes keeping up to date on the latest digital marketing trends- Exceptional organization and task management know-how- Someone able to adapt to changes and oversee multiple task- Team player and ‘do what it takes’ attitudeWe Believe in Equal OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer and value ersity at our company.
