👉 Your Role
To be honest, we do not have a big sales team yet. So the good news is: You'll find yourself in a newly created role with a lot of room for bringing nuance and strengthen our sales strategy. And the other good news is: You'll be expected to take over responsibility and ownership from the get-go.

We will for sure help you develop a deep understanding of our projects and services so that you can consult potential new clients, cultivate relationships and identify new opportunities.

In the beginning you will be ✨ the one ✨ that sells our services. You will create and maintain these relationships and drive long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of clients’ business and their challenges. This role will require understanding our project and software solutions, and actively selling them to customers. It is vital that you will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excelling at generating, nurturing and converting leads and - of course - securing deals.

👉 Conditions

  • it's a 100 % remote job with a lot of flexibility and freedom given.
  • the base salary indication for this role is anywhere between 45k - 55k € / year based on a full-time employment (40hrs weekly) 
  • a fair and solid bonus agreement will let you earn directly from the deals you close
  • for a perm employment you must be located in UK, Germany, France, Portugal or Serbia
  • but we are also open for Freelancers

If you'd made it this far then you are obviously a dynamic, highly-motivated sales professional, who can deliver measurable success. Your communication is excellent and you are a natural-born networker. You interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, video meetings, webinars and face to face. You can easily discover their business needs and always find good solutions for potential clients. But it's not done by only closing a deal, you know that this is the start to develop a positive business relationship.

  • You're a native English speaker or fluent at an expert level; a confident communicator who enjoys talking to lots of different types of people
  • You have worked in sales before, are not shy to prove your track record and have the passion and fire to sell our service 🚀
  • Experience in a (tech) start-up during the growth phase, in a software consultancy or other agency that sells complex projects and technical solutions to clients is essential
  • Contracts & Negotiating - you must have skills to negotiate with potential clients regarding sales contracts, needs and other assigned tasks
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the process of building something lasting from the ground up
  • As a self-starter you are positive, motivated and embrace our mentality of inidual accountability and ownership
  • You quickly pick-up complex questions, answer and discuss them in a simple and honest way
  • Deep knowledge of social media would be a plus
  • You're humble - we don't have much room for big egos her
