We’re seeking a passionate and innovative Marketing & Growth Manager to bring TinySPL’s vision to life and share it with the world. In this role, you will lead all aspects of our marketing efforts, from crafting a compelling strategy and brand narrative to executing high-impact campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. You’ll take ownership of content creation, channel management, and partnerships, ensuring our message resonates across the global web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in global marketing and a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of the web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, narrative, and positioning for TinySPL
  • Plan and execute multi-channel, multi-stage marketing and go-to-market campaigns for TinySPL and our products
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates
  • Work with partners, KOLs, and industry connections to maximize the exposure and amplification of these campaigns
  • Oversee social media presence and strategies, including developing content calendar and producing high-quality and engaging material to grow our following and exposure
  • Bring humor and creativity to the table by incorporating memes and humorous elements into our content, adding an extra layer of entertainment and engagement
  • Build, grow, and engage a global community of users and stakeholders, including in Discord and on Twitter
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships

Key Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of the web3 space and a pulse on the landscape.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills, capable of creating engaging content and fostering cross-cultural connections.
  • Proven track record with marketing and growth strategies in web3
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Self starter, doesn’t need to be told what to do
  • Ability to work remotely, with a flexible schedule accommodating global time zones.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bonus: Knows additional language(s) in addition to English
