DomainTools is looking for an exceptional Director of Demand Generation who will be responsible for developing a comprehensive and integrated demand generation strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders as well as an ambitious marketing team to accelerate our growth in pipeline and ultimately revenue. The ideal candidate has an aptitude for creativity, project management, outstanding communication skills, and detail orientation. Requirements

  • Develop and lead a demand generation organization that includes cross-functional collaboration with sales, channel & alliances leadership, BDRs, and product marketing to generate, grow, and advance pipeline as well as contribute to revenue goals.
  • Shape multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns that align messaging to the target audience to generate engagement and drive demand.
  • Own and manage relationships and deliverables with third party agencies, freelancers, and contractors.
  • Create impactful and compelling campaigns to earn our audience’s time and build trust in the DomainTools brand and employees.
  • Manage and scale our marketing operations strategy by defining key attribution models and therefore inform marketing investments.
  • Establish, measure and report on target KPIs (on a team and executive level) as well as own the budget for demand generation initiatives.
  • Develop and support Partner channel marketing opportunities to expand the impact of demand generation programs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing and demand generation experience with an intimate knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies (enterprise B2B cybersecurity, ITOps, cloud computing, DevSecOps products preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and outsourced agencies.
  • Experience managing SDRs or BDRs with a strong desire to coach and mentor a team.
  • A data driven mindset with a track record and passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience with Use-Case, Persona-, and Account-Based marketing journeys
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Marketing Automation experience (Marketo preferred)
  • Experience working with CMS’ such as WordPress
  • Strong tracking and analytical skills, working with tools like Google Analytics, Outreach.io, etc.
