Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing a base of enterprise health system accounts.

  • Prospect potential customers through targeted outbound activity and cultivation of existing customer relationships leveraging the sales support team.

  • Understand customer growth goals, strategies & initiatives, and establish Rotera as a best in class automation intelligence solution.

  • Effectively align Rotera products to customer goals & objectives and develop a compelling value proposition through collaboration with Solution Architects, Engineers, and other team members.

  • Establish, expand, and maintain relationships with Marketing, IT & Sales executives in target accounts.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.

  • Participate in all product, sales, and process trainings & certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.

  • Provide feedback to the company regarding customer concerns and/or customer-requested features and enhancements.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of consumer needs, key trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in CRM.

  • Travel up to 50% is required to meet with customers and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Experienced sales and business development professional with 5+ years of selling enterprise healthcare technology solutions and services to hospitals and health systems.

  • Demonstrated skills developing relationships with and selling to the C-Suite including CFOs, CEOs, COOs and/or CIOs alongside the respective VP and Director level decision makers.

  • Strong industry client-working relationships and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and decision-making process.

  • Experience working to establish a credible presence with prospects and customers; client facing, gathering feedback from the market and articulating the product vision.

  • Demonstrated ability to hit, sustain and exceed goal.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in client and prospect meetings.

  • Willing to try new ideas and comfortable as things change in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for innovative technology (AI) and positively impacting patient outcomes and health system bottom line.

  • This position can be remote and does not require a specific living location in most cases.
