The Role

Reporting to the Co-CMOs, this role will be responsible for the strategy, vision and delivery of the client experience across LTSE’s web channel. Data-led and customer-focused, this inidual is passionate about building experiences that deliver value, outcomes and drive business results. They will be responsible for ensuring that the LTSE brand, business, and marketing strategies are reflected in the web channel. They will lead the development of a best-in-class experience to achieve the objective of transforming LTSE’s web channel— the LTSE storefront, a strategic asset for lead generation, engagement and nurturing prospects, customers, and other stakeholders. This inidual will have deep expertise in growing and managing teams.

We’re looking for someone who has:

* 15 years integrated marketing experience within the financial services industry.

* 10+ years managing and growing high performing marketing teams.
* 10+ years of extensive experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including designers, developers, agencies, business partners, and legal to successfully deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment.
* 10+ years of experience with digital projects, from design strategy through execution.
* Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
* Knowledge of usability and customer experience principles.
* Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a proven track record of presenting to, and influencing, senior management.

You will:

* Drive the vision, strategic development, deployment, and support of the website, and applications for the LTSE brand, and integrated marketing initiatives.

* Build and manage a team of design and content professionals to support the web.
* Lead Content strategy, development, and management for LTSE.
* Lead development of customer experience journeys and UX.
* Be responsible for Search Engine Optimization, improving technical aspects and partnering across Marketing, to deliver insights to drive continuous content development and adjustments.
* Develop a deep understanding of the current LTSE digital framework, and create a strategic roadmap, by working with marketing analytics, client marketing, brand partners and Thought Leadership with the goal of supporting their GTM strategies, optimizing business outcomes, and providing superior customer experience.
* Determine metrics to measure progress, and to advance team performance and channel success.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of the customers’ needs, and reinforce a user-centric approach to team members and partners.
* Regularly and systematically use analytics and client feedback to uncover opportunities, track and optimize KPIs, and drive decision making.
* Understand and champion usage of the full suite of martech tools, leading strategic implementation, growth, and optimization (personalization, testing, tagging CRM and marketing automation).
* Run channel flawlessly, and continuously, to improve outcomes YOY, providing both strategic and hands-on level of oversight to identify, manage and mitigate risks and gaps.
* Partner with internal Marketing team, business leads, agency partners and technical teams.
* Develop new, and optimize current processes, leveraging industry best practices.
* Continuously collaborate with teams to build trust and mutual learning.
* Participate in the development and updating of annual budget plans to ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
* Ensure adherence to all standards: accessibility, legal and compliance, privacy, etc.
* Hire, develop, and evaluate team members/manages, mentors, and motivate team.
* Work alongside analytical team partners, ensure the success measurement plan is executed, and that outcomes are communicated to the various stakeholders.
