Our team reaches out to Luxury Resorts worldwide and offers a variety of media options to them full trade. There is no cash involved in the transaction, but simply offering resorts the option to advertise in luxury publications and on line, in exchange for equal value of resort credit. This is a full time position that requires a phone and computer. We will set you up with an email and provide you with the materials and training necessary to engage with clients. About the Job
At many companies, product design is split into different roles: UX, UI, front-end development, copywriter, etc. At 37signals, it’s all one role. This means our designers are exceptional generalists. Along with having great visual taste and sensibilities, you must be able to write your own production-quality front-end HTML, CSS, and English. You’ll pair up with a back-end programmer to bring designs, features, and products to life.We believe the best designs come from someone who can see it all through, from ideas to visuals to the finished product. We work from the interface first — starting with design, rather than ending with it — so you’ll be involved in the work right from the beginning. You’ll get to work on heavily-used products like Basecamp and HEY that push the industry forward. - Introduced time tracking into Basecamp with a new feature called Timesheet.
- Designed entirely new UIs from scratch for two brand new products we’ll be releasing in 2025.

Hi, this is Arpana, one of the founding members of Fresh Prints. In December 2016, I came across a job post on Naukri from Jacob Goodman, one of the co-owners of Fresh Prints. They were looking for someone to lead their Operations team in India. The post had already been taken down, but I decided to send Jacob an email anyway. To my surprise, he replied, and soon I found myself stepping into what would be a life-changing opportunity.
During the interview process, it became clear just how new everything was. There was no office, no payroll system, no established infrastructure at all. But what struck me was Jacob and Josh’s unwavering belief in the vision they had for Fresh Prints.
They didn’t have all the answers, but their passion was contagious, and I knew I wanted to be part of building something from the ground up.
So, I jumped in. I found an office, figured out payroll, and brought in my childhood best friend to help get things off the ground. There were so many unknowns in those early days, but that’s exactly what made it so exciting.
I had the chance to wear multiple hats, solve problems on the fly, and help build something tangible. What started as a team of two quickly grew, and over the next few years, we scaled operations across Finance, Tech, and Marketing.
As the first employee of Fresh Prints India, I’ve been lucky enough to help shape this company from its earliest stages. After a short break to have my daughter, I returned to lead HR and recruiting. We’ve gone from a scrappy startup to a team of 400+ people across three countries. But the truth is, even with all that growth, we know it’s still day 1.
One of the things I’m most proud of is how we made it through COVID-19 together. I still remember March 15, 2020—Josh, our co-owner and CEO, sent an email to everyone announcing that the office was shutting down indefinitely. Just like so many people around the world, we were suddenly isolated from the routines and connections we relied on. We were nervous and found ourselves staring down a financial cliff.
In a matter of weeks, we went from million-dollar months to zero revenue. All universities closed. All events stopped.
But we’d been planning for the worst for years. From day 1 we knew we’d have to make our balance sheet a strength. We figured negative events were inevitable and our stress test was to always make sure we could operate for at least year of 0 revenue without making layoffs. When Covid hit, we were scared, but felt prepared.
And as we struggled to adapt, something unexpected happened—we pivoted. As PPE demand soared, we initially hesitated, but then realized this was exactly what the world needed. Shifting from tees to PPE wasn’t just a business decision; it was about showing up in a way that mattered. The entire team rallied behind the idea, and our adaptability and speed helped us keep going.
While so many companies were just trying to survive, Fresh Prints not only made it but even grew. It wasn’t easy, but this experience showed me how deeply committed we are to each other and our mission. The grit and determination we built in those tough times, that willingness to adapt and keep each other steady—it's what defines us today.

Tristan joined the marketing design team in 2017 as a motion designer, specializing in bringing visuals to life through animation. Outside of work, he’s an award-winning freelance illustrator who shares insights on the challenges of being an artist through social media videos, offering advice and perspective to fellow creatives.
Casey joined the Marketing Design team in 2021 and quickly made her way over to the YNAB marketing site (or as she likes to call it, YNAB’s storefront). She makes sure the site looks its best and obsesses over how to multiply the efforts of the rest of the marketing team by optimizing it to capture the most YNAB trials possible. When she’s not in front of her laptop using Webflow, she’s behind a camera or doing a puzzle.

We’ve always been a fully remote team, and have people all over the world. For this particular position, however, we’re looking for someone within +/- two hours of Central Time, due to the high amount of synchronous coordination needed with the rest of the team. Flex Your Work Schedule
We’re fully remote, so a lot of our work is done asynchronously, but we love working together in real time when it makes sense. We try to schedule most meetings between 12–3 pm Eastern time Monday–Thursday. Outside of your meetings, we trust you to set your own schedule by balancing your team’s needs with your own needs. You don’t need to ask for permission to take off early one afternoon to see the doctor, or be “active” on Slack if you’re working deeply on a project. We look at what you accomplish—not when or how long you're in front of a computer.
Take Vacation (Seriously)
We want you to take vacation. In fact, we have a minimum vacation policy of three weeks per year. Five weeks feels about right (plus two extra weeks for our company-wide December Break). - Design a erse range of visual communications—primarily digital, but sometimes analog—such as: email templates, landing pages, print collateral, lead-generating content, app store screens, event design (like for FanFest or our company retreats), and more. You pride yourself on delivering high-quality, polished assets on time and within budget. In all of that, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to be creative, but you also love the very smallest parts of the job—it’s in your pixel-perfect attention to detail that you hone your craft.
- Excel in an iterative design process. You’ll rapidly test, refine, and optimize your designs to maximize engagement and effectiveness, based on performance data, industry trends, and feedback from internal teams and/or our target audience. This is a project-based role where you will be assigned specific tasks and expected to work independently while meeting deadlines and delivering on time. What You Will Do
