We are looking for a tech-savvy candidate to maintain and grow existing client partnerships! This person will be the first in this role and will need to have experience in structuring and negotiating business contracts. This position is responsible for developing strong relationships, creating and delivering client assets, and driving client retention. The focus is to drive product benefit and capability understanding with partners and resellers, and optimize partner opportunities. This is a hands-on role requiring you to be the subject matter expert working with our existing and new clients. You will be managing client relationships and ensuring that client engagement, revenue growth, client fit, and client support reach desired metrics. < class="h3">Responsibilities:
  •  Coordinate directly with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to understand all relevant contexts of the existing client. 
  •  Be the ‘first touch’ to process a client’s upcoming renewal. 
  • Assist the Account Executive in scheduling Executive Business Reviews for the client. 
  • Consolidate data and metrics to bolster successful EBRs. 
  • Schedule demos of new products for clients.
  • Work closely with Customer Marketing to inform relevant product updates, identify upsell opportunities, and improve existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to identify risk, and sales learnings, gain industry insights, and streamline sales qualifications. 
< class="h3">Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in SaaS sales, Artificial Intelligence, business development account management, legal writing, contract negotiation, et al. 
  • Hyper attention to detail when reading and writing business proposals and contracts.
  • A demonstrated ability to identify and reduce customer churn. 
  • Highly organized, prioritizes quick and clear communication.
  • A demonstrated ability to receive large amounts of information, consolidate to the necessary points, and recommunicate.
  • A desire to work in Customer Service-centric AI and SaaS with an interest in continued education, self-directed or otherwise. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Finance, English, or other relevant fields, or possess equivalent experience.
