About the Role
We’re looking for a highly visual Design Engineer to supercharge both our Client Ops and Go-To-Market initiatives. You’ll move fluidly between web design, growth/branding assets, product UI, and front-end build-outs, often coding what you design to ship at startup speed.
You’ll collaborate directly with GrowthX clients on revenue-critical projects, while carving out time for internal prototypes that may spin off into standalone products. If you’re a designer-builder with agency roots, big ambition, and a love for variety, you’ll feel right at home.
This is a fully remote position with ~4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time for live collaboration.
What you’ll do
Design & Build – Craft and code responsive landing pages, templates, and UI components.
Client Collaboration – Lead design reviews with client stakeholders, translate feedback into rapid iterations, and demo live builds.
Internal R&D & Growth – Prototype new microsites, AI‑assisted design workflows, or micro‑products that can evolve into business offerings.
Growth Design – Produce high‑conversion visuals—ads, motion snippets, email layouts—grounded in brand guidelines and performance data.
System Design – Work directly with client design systems and help develop our own.
Quality & Accessibility – Own pixel‑perfect execution, performance, and WCAG compliance across everything you ship.
You might thrive here if you…
Have 4+ years designing and building production‑quality web or product experiences.
Show a portfolio that balances world-class aesthetics, clarity in interaction, and shipped code.
Are fluent in Figma and at least one front‑end stack (React, Next.js, Webflow, or similar).
Enjoy juggling brand storytelling with conversion‑focused growth design.
Communicate and facilitate crisply with clients and teammates—async docs, Looms, live workshops.
Love the blank‑canvas energy of early‑stage work and naturally turn ambiguity into prototypes.
Bonus points for: strong motion/3D skills (Lottie, Spline), gen‑AI tooling experience, or prior ownership of a brand/design system.
Perks:
🌍 Fully Remote Work
Work from anywhere—your productivity, your space!
We help set up your work environment to enable your best work.
Minimal meetings and async communication for deep focus
🏖 Ample Time Off
Enablement for you to recognize your countries holidays
We encourage you to take the time you need to recharge!
📚 Professional Growth
We’re an AI forward culture and work environment - Learn all things AI!
Access to training, workshops & mentorship programs
Support for external conferences & industry events
🤝 Collaborative Culture
Open communication & feedback-driven environment.
Clear, concise communication is key to our success.
Work Visa: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence. We are not able to provide employment visa sponsorship at this time.
Creative Designer – Brand Identity & Amazon A+ Content
We’re hiring a creative designer who understands the power of branding and storytelling on Amazon. If you live and breathe fonts, colors, layouts, and design systems—and can apply it all to conversion-first Amazon assets—we want to work with you.
We’re an eight-figure supplement brand in hyper-growth mode, and this role is your opportunity to help define how our brand shows up across Amazon and beyond.
Your Responsibilities:
Build and maintain the brand’s visual identity (color palette, font hierarchy, iconography)
Design A+ modules, comparison charts, and mobile-optimized infographics
Translate scientific supplement claims into digestible, stylish visuals
Ensure all creative aligns with Amazon TOS and FDA-safe guidelines
What You Bring:
A strong grasp of modern branding (especially in female-focused health/wellness)
Experience designing Amazon A+ content and storefronts
Deep knowledge of typography, layout grids, and mobile responsiveness
Familiarity with creative direction, wireframing, and cross-functional collaboration

We’re redesigning TORO — and we want your weirdest, most wonderful ideas.
Remote | Contract Only | Contact to Apply
TORO is a next-gen food discovery app that flips the script: We don’t rate restaurants — we rate dishes.
We’re building a platform where users track what they actually ate. Think: the Yelp of fried chicken sandwiches, not the whole place. But we’re just getting started.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a bold, eccentric, gamified UX redesign of our app, based on the current direction found here: https://www.figma.com/design/BOz9CJZitJDhKq4RJNS8pu/Toro-for-Future-UX?node-id=0-1&p=f&t=NpSDbDjMK2teRJbD-0
Your job? Make TORO weirder, wilder, more interactive — almost like a game. We want something that feels more alive like a game, like something that makes rating your go-to tonkatsu ramen dish feel like leveling up in Animal Crossing.
Inspiration & Direction
UI/UX that doesn’t feel like an app — more like a playful food adventure
Features that tighten the workflow of rating dishes, not restaurants
Personality-driven design that makes food discovery feel like an RPG
Lush interactions, fluid motion, color, delight
Forward-looking design that sets the tone for future add-ons like:
Personalized “palette DNA” matching
Signature dish identity badges
Reservations and food delivery integration
Friend-matching by food profile
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Design like a product thinker but with a chaotic creative streak
Love food, gaming, personality-driven UX, or all of the above
Know how to create systems that scale, but still feel fun
Think: Glassmorphism, motion, micro-interactions, personalization
Can propose features or UX structures we haven’t thought of yet
Compensation
We don’t have a fixed budget for this redesign. TORO is in the very early stages — pre-revenue, but actively preparing for fundraising. We’re open to discussing creative compensation structures, including potential equity options for the right collaborator.
Interested?
Don’t just send a resume. We want:
Links to your portfolio or past product work
Any ideas you have based on the current Figma

HotMic is a live streaming start-up, backed by Founders Fund, with deep experience in creator led experiences. We are building a new app and looking for a freelance designer to help with the front end. We are doing the wireframes and UX but we aren't good at pure design. Hopefully you are and can help!
The new app will be a community-based competitive live streaming app where fans don’t just watch — they pick winners. The app is aimed at GenZ with US based teenagers as the primary target. We are looking to hire a freelance designer to help design the entire app from wireframes but we are starting with a simple design challenge. We will choose the freelancer designer that creates the funnest experience for our users. Sending previous portfolio designs are perfectly acceptable but anyone sending a sample design based on the specifications below will receive special consideration.
🎨 HotMic Battle Screen – Viewer Design Requirements
The app will have communities that have specifc rules on the battle format. Communites will mainly be about sports teams. HotMic AI will come up with fun, interesting, and provokative questions to spur debate on the community topic. At the heart of the experience is a live “battle” between two creators who go head-to-head in a timed, five-question challenge. Each contestant gets a specified amount of time to answer questions in a debate style format. After both responses, the audience votes in real time to decide the winner of that round.
We designed a pilot challenge for designers who want to show us something specific. The assignment focuses on designing the Battle Screen for Viewers — the most important screen in the app. It’s where the live show happens. A strong design here should feel dynamic, competitive, and fun, fun, fun — something that draws viewers in and makes them want to vote, react, and come back for more.
🌟 Project Scope
You are designing only the Battle Screen from the viewer’s perspective. This is not the contestant interface. Submissions should focus on the live viewing experience, including layout, voting, question display, chat, and optional engagement features.
🔑 Core Design Requirements
1. 🎥 Video Layout
There are always two live contestants on screen.
Both must have equal visual weight — either top/bottom or side/side. Designer’s choice.
They can be full-screen or partial, but should be large enough to clearly see facial expressions.
Only one contestant speaks at a time — it should be visually obvious who is speaking (e.g., highlight, glow, audio animation).
The non-speaking contestant may be muted — this could be reflected visually as well.
2. 🗳️ Voting Interface
It must be clear that this is a competitive match and that viewers control the outcome.
Voting should be fun and rewarding, not just functional.
Display who is currently winning the vote using a creative element (not just numbers). Options might include:
A slider or tug-of-war meter
A progress bar shaped like a battle gauge
Animated icons or energy builds tied to votes
Users can vote multiple times with a built-in time delay between votes (e.g., a cooldown).
Emoticons or reactions can be integrated with voting, but it must be clear that they affect the score.
3. 💬 Chat Display
Viewer chat must be present.
The input will use the native iOS panel — you can ignore that part.
Chat output could appear in:
A side panel
A dedicated lower-third zone
As an overlay on top of video, if legibility is maintained
4. ❓ Question Display
The current question must be the most visually prominent element aside from the video.
The viewer must immediately understand what the contestants are answering.
You may position it anywhere, but it should:
Stand out (consider bold fonts, outlines, shadows)
Use legible text sizes on mobile
Suggest use of contrasting color or motion (e.g., fade in/out, animate in)
Please recommend fonts, colors, and styling to emphasize the question without overpowering the rest of the screen.
5. 🔘 Controls
A Back button should always be present to return to the home screen.
A Share button should trigger the native iOS share sheet.
Button placement should not interfere with video or key interaction zones.
6. 🥤 Optional Engagement Features
You’re encouraged to suggest additional interactive elements that make the battle more fun, such as:
Emotes flying across the screen
Audience “power-ups” that boost votes
A panel to vote on questions
A crown worn by the winner at the end
These are not required, but creative engagement ideas will be viewed favorably.
📀 Platform Constraints
**iOS only **
Portrait mode
Must preserve visibility of live video
🔮 Submissions
High-fidelity Figma or Sketch file with:
One fully designed screen state (during a question)
Optional additional states (voting, between rounds, battle end)
Brief rationale or notes for any animations, transitions, or interactive mechanics

About Tinybird:At Tinybird, we help developers and data teams take flight by unlocking the power of real-time data to quickly build data pipelines and innovative data products. With Tinybird, you can effortlessly ingest multiple data sources at scale, query and shape it using the 100% pure SQL you already know and love, and publish results as low-latency, high-concurrency APIs for your applications to chirp about. Developers can create fast APIs, faster—what used to take hours and days now only takes minutes! Tinybird is the essential tool that data engineers and software developers have been waiting for enabling you to drive innovation with ease. What you will be doing: We are looking for someone to help us scale and to keep our software and infrastructure reliable and elastic as we scale. Someone who knows how to make hardware and software play together, and that participate as part of the oncall team, to understand not only our product, but also the issues our clients face.* We run our stack in Linux. We try to keep things simple. Technologies we use:* OpenResty: SSL termination and load balancing* Varnish: load balancing and, sometimes, caching* Redis: metadata store* Python: most of our backend uses Python except some small bits that rely on C++ for hot paths* ClickHouse: our main data store* Zookeeper: for ClickHouse replicas coordination* We use Grafana, Loki and Mimir for monitoring and alerting* Terraform: Cloud provisioning (virtual machines, networks, Kubernetes clusters)* Ansible: Deploys and software and config provisioning* Our number of machines is still manageable, but the number keeps growing as we keep adding customers. This is not about managing infrastructure but about making sure that our software uses the hardware resources wisely and flexibly. This means you will not only have to worry about automating machines, but about helping the product team to design and develop the architecture of the system as a whole. That will require you to work with our backend code and to understand how ClickHouse works.* Some challenges and things we want to improve:* High-availability and elasticity: as we keep adding customers, we need to architect our system to be more efficient and flexible* Observability: from specific resource usage to a bird's eye view of the whole platform. This requires good knowledge of storage, networking, and computing* Disaster recovery: improving our tooling to manage and discover problems, but also improving our on-call procedures* As a specific challenge: when our customers grow, we need to upgrade their accounts. Now, we do it manually—not in the traditional sense of manual because we have tools that automate much of the process, but we need to take care of that one customer at a time: deciding what machines we need to spin-up, how much compute capacity we will provision, etc. Ideally, our architecture should allow our customers to upgrade themselves and assign more resources to them dynamically and seamlessly in the most dynamic, safe and transparent way possible. What you bring:* Experience designing, building and running distributed Cloud architectures and large scale web based applications. That is, in so many words, what you will be responsible for at Tinybird* Programming skills and willingness to e into our codebase, ClickHouse source code, or any other software we use in order to figure out how things work. At Tinybird, we work mostly with Python and C++* Accountable and enthusiastic to take on the responsibility of designing and managing the platform, and an urge to take on things that may be broken. Unafraid to break stuff because you own it and can fix it if need be.* Bias for action, iteration and delivery. Conscious that often decisions can be reversed quickly and that speed is of the essence in business and technology* That you think in terms of systems and you are attuned to edge cases, failure modes, behaviors, specific implementations* Comfortable collaborating and communicating asynchronously, but expect direct communication within the team on a daily basis* Build software with empathy, ensuring it's intuitive and maintainable. Document key insights and solutions to make it easy for everyone to understand and use without needing extensive documentation* Experience with OpenResty, Varnish, Redis, Terraform or Ansible would be great for you to get up and running quickly, but we don’t bring you here to tell you what the right technologies are: rather we expect you to recommend the right one for each challenge* Experience with ClickHouse and/or rolling out database systems at scale would be a huge plus.€62,000 - €109,000 a yearThis role includes both cash compensation and a stock options grant. You can find our typical starting salary ranges for this role listed above. The final offer within this range will take into account several factors, including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, business needs, and geographical location. We also offer:22 days of holiday a year (plus your birthday and public holidays).Comprehensive health benefits.Freedom to work from wherever suits you best. We provide up to €2,400 to help you set up your home work space.#LI-RemoteHow We Work:We’re a fully remote company, committed to a remote-first culture. With offices in Madrid and New York City, we love face-to-face interactions, you can visit whenever it suits you!As we’re in the early stages, your contributions will have a significant impact on everything we do.We believe in transparency, so you’ll always be in the loop about what’s happening.Check out our blog or follow us on LinkedIn to find out more about what’s important to us. #Salary and compensation

TLDR: Rebolt uses AI to automate the marketing stack for service businesses (think landscaping, HVAC, roofing, plumbing).
Our approach is simple: meet service business pros where they are. They aren’t perpetually online. Most don’t even have a desktop or laptop computer. Head of Brand & Creative for Swiss Holding Company
Do you want to create the branding for challenging ventures in AI tech and hospitality? Do you want a long-term relationship with an honest and serious Swiss company? Are you based in Europe? Then this job might be for you.
📍 100% Remote (Europe only)
💼 Freelance (25 EUR/h - 160 hours in the first month) or full employment
🕒 Start ASAP
We are the bold & properties venture group, a Swiss group with 3 growing companies:
novac-solutions.com – a real estate company (see example video)
ailean.io – AI SaaS for real estate and hospitality
hostz.io – a hospitality operations company
All three companies are growing. But we have one problem: We need someone to take full ownership of branding and creative across all of them.
We don’t want to hire separate freelancers for each project. Our CEOs don’t have time to instruct or manage multiple creatives.
We need one person: YOU who owns the creative direction, talks to our CEOs on eye level, thinks independently, and delivers.
✅ How it should go: Example: ailean.io needs a new brand design.
You study the market, draw inspiration from top AI startups, understand our customers, and come up with your own concept. You create brand guidelines, a new landing page, pitch deck templates, and even run workshops with our UI/UX designer and CTO to implement the brand into the product. You lead the process, make the decisions, and speak with the CEO only a few times to confirm overall direction.
❌ How it should not go: Example: ailean.io needs a new brand design.
You ask: “What do you want? A or B? What font should I use? Is this image okay? Can you write the copy?” You wait for instructions. You rely on feedback. You’re not in charge.
Also important:
We’re not just talking visuals, we also mean storytelling and text.
You don’t just design the pitch deck, you write it.
You decide: What words do we use? (How do we explain the product clearly)
What’s in it for you?
🔥 160 hours of paid freelance work in the first month
💼 Option to switch to full-time employment
🇨🇭 Long-term collaboration with a serious and honest Swiss company
🎯 Diverse, challenging projects. From AI tech to hotels in the Swiss Alps
✈ Fully paid trips to Switzerland for in-person workshop
✅ What you bring:
You’ve led the branding for an entire company or product. Ideally a known or funded European startup (not something small like a café or gym...).
You’ve worked directly with CEOs and know how to communicate on eye level
You have excellent English, both written and spoken
You’re experienced and skilled in:
Brand strategy & visual identity
Graphic design (Figma, Adobe Suite)
UI/UX & product design
Copywriting for landing pages & decks
Web design (landing pages, structure, no-code tools)
Creative direction (photo/video, campaigns)
🔥 Let’s go!
This could be YOUR moment. Apply now and let’s talk! We’ve already got exciting projects lined up, and you can start right away.
Disclaimer: We only hire iniduals. Agency service offers will not be considered.

Hello, nice to meet you!
Do you want to work on an interesting mix of projects across AI SaaS, hotels, and real estate? Work remotely from anywhere in Europe, get paid trips to Switzerland for team meetings, and have full autonomy, basically be the CEO of your own work?
Then this is the job for you.
🌍 100% Remote (Europe only)
💰 €4,000/month gross
📅 Start: July 2025
We are a Swiss venture group with 3 growing companies and a team of 40 people:
Novac-Solutions - Real Estate
Hostz Hospitality - Hotel Operations
ailean - AI SaaS for Real Estate & Hospitality
We're looking for a Creative Director with a founder mindset. Someone who doesn't wait for instructions, but takes full ownership from day one, driving branding, storytelling, and all creative output across our three companies.
This is a solo role: you’ll drive strategy, concept, and execution yourself. For bigger projects, you’re free to bring in freelance support, but there’s no internal creative team to delegate to.
First tasks you'll own (July/August)
Create complete branding, website, and pitch deck for our AI SaaS product ailean
Create a hotel landing page & LinkedIn storytelling for an upcoming launch at Novac-Solutions
Important: This is not a normal design job This is a high-responsibility role.
If you're used to asking "What layout should I use?", this job is not for you.
You're expected to run branding projects like a mini-startup:
Set your own deadlines
Identify missing information
Ask the right questions early
Get what you need to execute - and deliver without hand-holding
This is for you if you…
Have led the brand & creative direction of a real company or funded startup (not just a portfolio project or a café or gym)
Act like a solo founder: you manage yourself, structure projects, and take full responsibility for deadlines and results
Understand the value of working fast with AI tools like V0 by Vercel instead of building a Framer page
Can take a rough idea and turn it into a live product (name, identity, page, pitch deck)
Speak and write fluent English - your storytelling and wording must be crisp
What we offer:
💰 €4,000/month gross payment (full-time freelance contract)
🌍 100% Remote (Europe only)
✈️ Paid trips for team meetups in Zürich
🧠 Full creative ownership across 3 brands
🧰 Interesting projects in AI, Hospitality and Real Estate
How to apply:
Submit your application (CV or LinkedIn profile)
You’ll receive anemail with a link to complete a short VideoAsk (max. 10 minutes)
If there’s a fit, we’ll invite you to a video interview with our team
⚠️ Important: Only applications with a completed VideoAsk will be reviewed.
Information: This position is being recruited by Blossom VA on behalf of the Swiss venture group consisting of Novac-Solutions, Hostz Hospitality, and ailean.
