Role Overview
As Lead of Ecosystem Growth (Solana), you will be instrumental in driving Raiku’s adoption across the Solana ecosystem and broader web3 space. You will lead strategic outreach to protocols, validators, infra teams, and institutional users—transforming Raiku’s technical innovations into concrete partnerships, integrations, and use cases. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and prioritize potential partners across DeFi, MEV infra, validator operators, and developer platforms.

Ecosystem Engagement

- Position Raiku as a mission-critical upgrade for the Solana validator and application stack.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor trends in validator incentives, fee markets, MEV, and Solana protocol changes (e.g. SIMDs).
- Conduct competitor and use case mapping to identify whitespace.
- Own partnership CRM, pipeline reporting, and growth dashboards.
Internal Collaboration
- Interface closely with engineering and research teams to shape product integrations and technical narratives.
- Collaborate with marketing to co-develop ecosystem messaging, educational content, and growth campaigns.
- Share ecosystem learnings internally to influence product direction and research priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in business development, ecosystem, or growth roles in blockchain or infrastructure startups.

As the Lead of Validator & Staking Growth (Solana), you will own and drive Raiku’s validator engagement strategy. - Define and execute the validator onboarding and growth strategy, aligned with Raiku’s milestones
- Build and manage the validator BD pipeline, driving clear metrics for adoption and engagement

Validator Onboarding & Success Program
- Drive a structured, repeatable onboarding process for validators that ensures long-term success and engagement. Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure technical alignment and smooth validator onboarding
- Design and maintain onboarding guides, validator documentation, and FAQs in line with Raiku’s core components / concepts such as our Sidecar, Ackermann Node and Slot Marketplace
- Proactively support validators through the integration process, including technical troubleshooting.
- Monitor validator adoption post-onboarding and implement feedback loops to improve their experience.
Validator Incentive Design & Feedback
- Collaborate with strategy, BD, engineering and research teams to shape Raiku’s validator incentive model.
- Gather real-world validator insights on reward structures, market needs (e.g., MEV sharing, slot allocation), and upcoming SIMDs.
- Along with the engineering and research teams as well as external specialist service providers, help refine Raiku’s tokenomics, incentive alignment strategies, and validator performance frameworks.
- Advocate for validator needs during incentive model development and Raiku’s economic design process.
Risk Mitigation & Compliance Awareness
- Understand validator risk profiles (e.g., slashing, regulation, compliance) and help design engagement strategies that account for these factors.
- Advise validators on risk areas associated with new features like decoupled block-building and slot marketplace participation.
- Work closely with legal / compliance advisors to ensure validator-facing processes align with relevant regulations and de-risk the Raiku - Validator relationship
Ecosystem Engagement
- Represent Raiku at ecosystem events, validator forums, and technical workshops
- Facilitate educational initiatives and create resources for validator partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for validator stakeholders, addressing concerns and gathering feedback
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Identify and prioritize validator segments based on stake, network influence, and strategic alignment

Marketing at Wintermute
This role will focus on product marketing for customer-facing products such as OTC products, Wintermute portal NODE, and liquidity provision for blockchain projects. It will also include general awareness and recruitment marketing, as well as supporting venture investment and incubator businesses. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized self-starter to create and execute marketing activities, drive engagement, build relationships across our channels, and leverage the strong reputation Wintermute has in the industry. We’re on the lookout for someone with erse experience in marketing and a hands-on attitude who can learn or do whatever is required to reach the goals. Passion and familiarity with crypto is a very significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Execution of the marketing plan: own the execution of marketing activities, including hands-on execution, coordinating communications and operational teams, and working with internal and external teams (e.g. designers, suppliers, agencies, etc)
- Branding: support ongoing rebrand project and expand the branding to new activities
- Content marketing: drive the creation of thought leadership and content marketing pieces centered around education and providing value to counterparties and partners
- External visibility: drive increasing Wintermute visibility through top-tier media, conferences, speaking arrangements, and targeted events in coordination with an Event Manager

Hard Skills Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in a high-performance product, product marketing, social media marketing, or related operations function, e.g., crypto or other VC-backed startup, fintech company, B2B SaaS, dynamic financial services company, consulting; we also welcome management consultants and similar high-performing generalist candidates
- Track record of creating a tangible impact on key metrics, and be ready to give examples
- Experience of independently delivering ready customer-facing deliverables, such as content pieces, campaigns etc; being able to do content/copy without content writers or agencies
- Experience with B2B marketing in high-value deal/ACV environment is strongly preferred; experience with finance, fintech or crypto is a significant advantage but not a requirement
- Experience with at least several functional areas listed above and familiarity/general understanding of others; ability to learn new functional areas quickly and independently

The Role
As the Social Marketing and Content Lead you’ll be responsible for much of how Ethena’s public brand and persona is perceived by the world. You’ll improve social and community engagement, take a major role in driving the adoption of Ethena’s products and have a direct impact in the level of success for all that we do.
