2.
**Take-home (2 hour suggested time)**\We will have a short take-home assignment that relates directly to what your responsibilities would be in this role. For all interviews, youâre allowed to use any resource you will have on the job (e.g. ChatGPT, Google). Youâll be asked to work on one or two tasks that would be part of your day-to-day at Replo.\
3.
**Take-home Presentation (1 hour)**\You and Autumn will review your Take-home output together and walk through your thought/work process. This call also serves as an opportunity to ask deeper questions and learn more about the role as you keep moving through the process.\
4.
**Meeting Key Team Members (15-20 minutes each)**\These key stakeholders lead teams that are slated to grow the most in the near future. As such, you would be working closely with them and these calls are an opportunity to assess mutual fit.\\1. Noah (co-Founder and CTO)\2. Sanjay (Growth Lead)\\
5.
**Final Culture Fit Interview (15-20 minutes)** with Yuxin, our co-Founder and CEO\
6.
**Offer!** đ\
All these calls can be done over video call, and we can do them back-to-back or over the course of a few days. We actively encourage you to talk to other companies because itâs an important decision, but we can move as quickly as you need. After these interviews, if youâd like to chat with other people on the team, customers, or investors, weâd be delighted to make that introduction.
