Core Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key projects in the blockchain industry, identify partnership opportunities and promising use cases of Phala
- Support our partners building their products based on Phala cloud service, and gather feedback to drive product decisions
- Listen to the requirements from developer community and recognize the real pain points behind them
- Educate developers about Phala and its Phat Cloud through technical documentation, walkthrough videos, template repositories, and other technical resources
Hiring Requirements

About the Role
The Customer Solutions Engineer is a flexible, go-to technical resource embedded within the Customer Success team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on jumping in, solving problems, and making things work—fast.
You won’t manage a book of business like a traditional CSM.
