Job Description

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Business Development Intern. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in the field of business development/sales by working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

Assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, data collecting, generating leads, and retaining customers;
\

*

Seek and convert potential leads for the team;
\

*

Retain and maintain relationships with current and potential customers;
\

*

Seek and manage partnership opportunities with sales agents;
\

*

Research, hunt, and help the Business Development/Sales team look for potential properties;
\

*

Spearhead all preparation of legal documents e.g. contracts, files, notarized copies, etc. necessary for the sales funnel;
\

*

Pair up with inidual business development/sales representatives to support them in looking for properties and achieve the team’s KPIs;
\

*

Potentially close sales alongside the Business Development/Sales team;
\

*

Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
\

Our Requirements

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

*

Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a proven track record of excellence;
\

*

Full professional proficiency/native in written and oral Vietnamese;
\

*

Conversant in English (fluency is a plus but not a requirement);
\

*

Able to commit at least 6 months to the internship;
\

*

Background in real estate is an advantage.
