We're looking for a great teammate that will e in, work hard, and collaborate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate to get deeply involved with a team of ~10 people and guide the project to success.

You will be:

1. Architecting and refining the gameplay loop by improving integration of existing features to increase player engagement.

2. Playtesting, conducting user playthroughs, A/B testing, and doing everything you can to find ways to improve user retention, especially around the initial player experience.
3. Designing, testing, and iterating on gameplay features; Both through collaborating with developers on the team, and by implementing simpler parts of the feedback yourself through tuning data values.
4. Contributing to the creation of design documentation, including game concepts and systems, gameplay mechanics, and interface designs

You should take this job if you are:

* Portfolio demonstrates game design skills.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

* A strong passion for and understanding of MMOs, building games, and social games.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
* Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-based environment.
* Basic programming skills (C++, Python, etc.) are a plus.
* Familiarity with game design software (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.) is a plus
