Role Overview
The role of an EA at Untether Labs is varied and challenging, designed to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Time and Priority Management: Optimize exec’s time and priorities to help them achieve their goals.
* Calendar and Scheduling Management: Take ownership and manage calendars and scheduling.* Research and Planning: Develop plans for professional growth.* Communication and Presentation: Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media management.Required Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent English Proficiency: Both spoken and written.
* Availability: Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week)* Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and various productivity and project management tools/apps.* Attitude: A positive ‘can do’ attitude with resilience and creativity.* Remote Work Experience: Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work.Ideal Candidate Traits
