Reporting to our CEO, we’re looking for a Head of Growth to join our team and help scale our marketing efforts. This role is fully remote however we are seeking only US based candidates.

Responsibilities

Here are some examples of what you might work on as Head of Growth at our company:

* Strategic Planning: Craft and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition.

* Growth Tactics: Utilize innovative growth marketing methods, including community engagement, manual outreach, and unconventional marketing techniques.
* Revenue Focus: Spearhead initiatives to grow the company's brand and product user base, through a blend of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
* Viral Campaigns: Develop and launch creative campaigns, from TikTok ads to PR stunts, to enhance brand virality and presence.
* SEO & SEM Management: Oversee SEO/SEM activities, manage social media campaigns, and track performance metrics to meet marketing objectives.
* Public Relations: Handle PR activities, build relationships with media outlets, and manage interactions with PR agencies.
* Paid Media Oversight: Direct paid media efforts, including landing page optimization and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI.
* Content Creation & Community Building: Lead content marketing strategies, grow and engage our community, and produce compelling content across platforms.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team to support our growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

* Experience: At least 7 years in marketing roles within startups, with a proven track record in early-stage growth and scaling. Experience in taking a SaaS company from 0 to 1 is essential.

* Growth Marketing Expertise: Practical knowledge of growth marketing, community engagement, and innovative outreach techniques.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in landing page creation, paid advertising, content marketing, and community management.
* Press & PR Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing press relations and public relations activities.
* Leadership Ability: Strong leadership qualities with the capability to build and motivate a team.
* Analytical Approach: A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
