What You’ll Own
This is a product design ownership role — not a pixel-pushing service gig. You’ll be responsible for everything visual and user-facing in our product:
Collaborate with our product team (wireframes, user needs, problem framing)
Design end-to-end UX: flow, screens, states (error, loading, empty, success)
Handle mobile + web, modals, transitions, and interactions
Maintain a clean, scalable Figma system (organized files, components, naming)
Manage your own design backlog and roadmap
Collaborate with devs for accurate, efficient handoff
Reference and migrate legacy Adobe XD files during onboarding

Shape the future of stress-free travel – Craft a long-term mobile design strategy that positions the AirHelp app as a trusted travel companion, not just during disruptions, but throughout the entire journey.
Design and ship impactful features – Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to design, prototype, and launch new features that simplify claims, reduce friction, and proactively support users while they travel.
Raise the bar for mobile UX – Elevate the quality of mobile design through thoughtful critiques, design thinking workshops, and mentorship of peers across the product org.
Establish a mobile design system – Help build and scale a cohesive mobile design system in collaboration with the design systems team, enabling faster iteration and visual consistency.

We are looking to bring a Graphic Designer in house as we prepare for future election cycles. Our firm mostly works with conservative members from the federal level all the way down to local races.
At our firm, projects move at a very quick pace. Edits are constant and we need a designer who is prepared to be flexible, answering emails from early in the morning to later in the evening, and very quick, turning around a first draft for new pieces in no more than twenty-four hours and turning around edits on ongoing projects within four hours.
Our firm has a reputation for continuously creating original content, so we are looking for a designer who is creative, intuitive, and able to create and work on multiple pieces at once without the design of those inidual pieces overlapping.
