Job Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in identifying and engaging potential clients, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to CardLift’s mission of transforming the credit card loyalty space.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and contact potential credit card issuers and financial institutions through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.

Qualify Leads: Conduct needs analysis to identify pain points and align CardLift’s solutions with potential client goals.

Collaborate with Sales Team: Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system and consistently follow up with prospects to advance opportunities.

Market Insights: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, customer challenges, and competitor activity to help refine our approach.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or related fields.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Self-Starter: Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools such as CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a drive to contribute to the overall success of the team.
